II. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account: 0051 PSC-105- State-PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Alappuzha within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 6-6-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) പത്താംതരം വിജയിച്ചവർ ഈ തസ്തികയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അർഹരല്ല. പത്താം ക്ലാസ് പാസായ വിവരം മറച്ചുവച്ചുകൊ≠് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ ആയത് തെളിയുന്നപക്ഷം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതും കൂടാതെ അവർക്കെതിരെ നിയമാനുസൃത ശിക്ഷാ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
(2) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(3) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാന മാക്കിയാണ് ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയി ട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ എഴുതാത്ത യാതൊരവകാശവും പിന്നീട് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(4) ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അസ്സലും, സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടു ത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും സഹിതം നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് നേരിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ പേരുകൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല. പ്രമാണപരിശോധനയ്ക്കു ശേഷം ശാരീരിക അളവെടുപ്പും സൈക്ലിംഗ് ടെസ്റ്റും നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. നി›ിത ശാരീരിക യോഗ്യത ഇല്ലാത്തവരെ സൈക്ലിംഗ് ടെസ്റ്റിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല. സൈക്ലിംഗ് ടെസ്റ്റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സൈക്കിൾ കൊ≠ുവരേ≠താണ്.
(5) ചുരുക്ക പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസ ത്തിനകം എടുത്ത 1 ഫോട്ടോയും (പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ്) തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം. ഇലക്ഷൻ എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, പാൻകാർഡ്, ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ്, ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച പാസ്സ് ബുക്ക്, സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവർ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്, വിമു‡ ഭട∑ാരുടെ ഡിസ്ചാർ÷് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/ജില്ലാ സൈനിക ക്ഷേമ ആഫീസർ നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് നൽകുന്ന ക≠ക്ടർ ലൈസൻസ്, Scheduled Banks/Kerala State Co-operative Bank/District Co-operative Banks നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച പാസ്സ് ബുക്ക്, പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, (വിവിധ കമ്പനികൾ/കോർപ്പറേഷനുകൾ/ബോർഡുകൾ/ അതോറിറ്റികൾ) സർക്കാർ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ അവരുടെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ സർവ്വകലാശാല ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നൽകുന്ന ആധാർ കാർഡ് (Aadhaar Card) എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയായി ഹാജരാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
3rd SEPT. 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 1328(6) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
(7) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേഷൻ നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചി ട്ടു≠്.
(8) സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/ പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരിപകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ത്. ക്രിസ്തുമതത്തി ലേക്ക് പരിവർത്തനം ചെയ്ത മലയരയൻ സമുദായത്തിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ G.O.(MS) No. 57/84/HWD dated 4-8-1984-ലെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കണം. മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങൾ G. O.(P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്ന മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത 'ഓപ്പൺ കോമ്പറ്റീഷൻ' ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ/ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഇനിയൊരറിയിപ്പു കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്ന് നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(9) വിമു‡ഭടൻമാർ, അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേകാനു കൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നേരിട്ടല്ലാതെ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന രേഖകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(10) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കേ ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടൂതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കു കയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യു ന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാതിരി ക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സമയ വിവരപട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ
1. പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് : 1 എണ്ണം. ആറുമാസത്തിനകം ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ. സ്റ്റാമ്പ് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോ ഹാജരാക്കാൻ പാടില്ല. ഫോട്ടോ ഇളം നിറത്തിലുള്ള പ›ാത്തലത്തോടുകൂടിയതും മുഖം പൂർണ്ണമായും ഫോട്ടോയുടെ മദ്ധ്യഭാഗത്ത് പതിഞ്ഞിരി ക്കേ≠തും തോൾഭാഗവും കണ്ണുകളും വ്യ‡മായി കാണത്തക്കവിധത്തിലുള്ളതും 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm അളവിൽ ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കണം. മേൽ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാതെ യുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ ഹാജരാക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് പങ്കെടുപ്പി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
2. തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖ : കുറിപ്പ് 5-ൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച
പ്രകാരം.
3. ജനനത്തീയതി, : ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്കൂൾ രേഖക വയസ്സ്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ കളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം യോഗ്യത സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പും ( എ സ ് . എ സ ് . എ ൽ . സ ി . അല്ലെങ്കിൽ സ ് ക ൂ ൾ അ ഡ ് മ ി ഷ ൻ രജിസ്റ്ററിന്റെ പകർപ്പ്.)

6. സർവ്വീസിലുള്ള : ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വകുപ്പ് മേധാവി ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ യിൽ നിന്നോ ഓഫീസ് മേധാവിയിൽ നിന്നോ ലഭിച്ച രസീത് (ഒറിജിനൽ).

മുകളിൽ പറയും പ്രകാരമുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളും രേഖകളും വെരിഫിക്കേഷൻ സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ഹാജരാക്കുവാൻ അവസരം നൽകുന്നതല്ല.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 19-4-2011 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 31-1-2013 for selection to the post of Assistant Salesman (Category No. 98/2010) on ` 4510-6230 (PR) in Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 17-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the3rd SEPT. 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 1331 pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 64 (Sixty Four) marks and above in the OMR test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this Office. Application for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the enquiry section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-Other Receipts-99 Other Receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescrbed form along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 3-6-2013. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Entries put in column 5 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.
Alphabet 'P' should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Palakkad District.

കുറിപ്പ്.— (1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധിക മായിട്ടാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.

(4) പരീക്ഷയിൽ 50 (അൻപത്) ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ യാണ് ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരി ക്കുന്നത്.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 7-8-2010 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 27-11-2012 for selection to the post of Villageman/Village Field Assistant (Category No. 508/09) on ` 4510-6230 (PR) in Revenue Department in Wayanad District arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought in to force with effect from 2-5-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during validity period of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 80 (Eighty) Marks or above in the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test have been included in the Main List of Ranked List. The Requisite marks have been lowered to the extend necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But the answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answeres are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of the mark for various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of account "0051-PSC -105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee".
Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which of the Ranked List has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Applications for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
Valid application for rechecking/obtaining Photocopy of the answer scripts along with the original chalan receipt addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Wayanad shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which Ranked List has come into force (ie., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is 15-6-2013. Application for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
Weightage marks for nativity will be granted subject to final orders in W.A. No. 618/12 pending before the Hon.High Court of Kerala.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.
The alphabet 'C' shall be prefixed to the Register Numbers to indicate Kannur District.

Such candidates, in the Main List who failed to produce the required Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates. As regards such candidates in the Supplimentary Lists of Other Backward Classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate.
