തൊഴിൽ വകുപ്പിലെ സീനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠ുമാരുടെ 31-12-2012 വരെയുള്ള കരട് സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർക്ക് അയച്ചു കൊടുത്തിരുന്നു. സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റിലെ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തലുകൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ആക്ഷേപത്തിൻമേൽ ആവശ്യമായ നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊ≠ിട്ടു≠്. കരട് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 30 ദിവസം കഴിഞ്ഞതിനാലും മറ്റ് ആക്ഷേപങ്ങളൊന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിലും സീനിയർ സൂപ്ര≠ുമാരുടെ അന്തിമ സീനിയോരിറ്റി ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

Whereas, Executive Engineer, K.S.E.B. Electrical Division, Nedumangad has deposited with this court an amount of ` 7,78,560 (Rupees Seven lakhs seventy eight thousand five hundred and sixty only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased employee Sri B. Vijaya Kumar who met with a fatal accident on 16-2-2012 arising out of and in the course of his employment as under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Punaloor it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ശ്രീമതി പ്രീത, വി. (ഭാര്യ) ശ്രീ. ബാലകൃഷ്ണൻ കാണി (പിതാവ്), ശ്രീമതി ഗൗരി (മാതാവ്), യദുവിജയ് (മകൻ), മിഥുൻ വിജയ് (മകൻ), വിപിൻ വിജയ് (മകൻ), വിവേക് വിജയ് (മകൻ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

E l e c t r i c a l D i v i s i o n , Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 6,71,674 (Rupees Six lakhs seventy one thousand six hundred and seventy four only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased employee Sri K. O. Rajesh Kumar who met with a fatal accident on 28-1-2004 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, 3rd Circle, Thiruvananthapuram it is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the official Gazette. കെ.എസ്.ഇ.ബി.യുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. കെ. ഒ. രാജേഷ്കുമാറിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 6,71,674 (ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി എഴുപത്തി ഒന്നായിരിത്തി അറുന്നൂറ്റി എഴുപത്തി നാല് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി ശ്രീ. കെ. കൃഷ്ണൻകുട്ടി (പിതാവ്), ശ്രീമതി ഓമന, എം. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മറ്റാരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസറ്റിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠ തുമാണ്. നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ഉന്നയിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒന്നുംതന്നെ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, the Chief Executive Officer, Kerala Headload Worker's Welfare Board has been deposited an amount of ` 6,44,409 (Rupees Six lakhs forty four thousand four hundred and nine only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workman Sri C. M. Hashim who met with a fatal accident on 7-1-2012 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the employer.

And whereas, an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Kannur II Circle. It is understood that the following persons are the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the employee's Compensation Act, 1923.

DETAILS OF DEPENDENTS

Now, therefore, notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before the Commissioner for Employees Compensation, Kannur within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above.

Claims, if any preferred thereafter will not be considered.
