സൂചന :—(1) തഴക്കര യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറുടെ 66-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.

സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള 66-ാം വകുപ്പ് പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ സംഘം നിർ÷ീവാവസ്ഥയിൽ ആണെന്നും സംഘത്തിന് സ്വന്തമായി ആഫീസോ ശമ്പളം പറ്റുന്ന ജീവനക്കാരോ ഇല്ലെന്നും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ട ഭരണസമിതിയും ഇല്ലെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. യാതൊരുവിധ പ്രവർത്തി കളും സംഘം ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് ചെയ്യുന്നില്ലെന്നും നിർ÷ീവ അവസ്ഥയിൽ തുടരുകയാണെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

മേൽ സാഹചര്യങ്ങളിൽ സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീ കരിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടി സ്വീകരിക്കാവുന്നതാണെന്നും എൻക്വയറി ഓഫീസർ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്.

അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ന്റെ ശുപാർശയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ടി സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചു കൊ≠് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും ഈ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപം ബോധിപ്പിക്കു വാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ബോധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം നോട്ടീസ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ടി നോട്ടീസി∑േൽ യാതൊരു ആക്ഷേപവും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

മേൽ വിവരിച്ച സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഏത് ഉദ്ദേശ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിനുവേ≠ിയാണോ സംഘം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ടത്, ആ ഉദ്ദേശ ലക്ഷ്യങ്ങൾ കൈവരിക്കുന്ന തിന് ടി സംഘം പരാജയപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും അംഗങ്ങൾക്ക് സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനത്തിൽ താല്പര്യമില്ലായെന്നും സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുവാൻ യാതൊരു താല്പര്യവുമില്ലായെന്നും ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ അവസ്ഥയിൽ ടി സംഘം, പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന സംഘങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടികയിൽ തുടർന്നു പോകേ≠ ആവശ്യം ഇല്ലായെന്നും എനിക്ക് ഉത്തമ ബോദ്ധ്യം വന്നതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.

എ 361-ാം നമ്പർ ചെന്നിത്തല വ്യവസായ വർദ്ധിനി സഹകരണ സംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 71 (1) വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാരം വിനിയോഗിച്ച് സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചു കൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിനായി ടി നിയമം വകുപ്പ് (72) പ്രകാരം മാവേലിക്കര താലൂക്ക് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ മാവേലിക്കര യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചുകൊ≠ും ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. സംഘത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാവിധ മുതലുകളുടെയും റിക്കാർഡുകളുടെയും ചുമതല ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് വിവരം ഈ ആഫീസിലേക്ക് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ചാർ÷െടുക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിലെ വരവ് ചെലവ് കണക്കും ബാക്കിപത്രവും അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

980-ാം നമ്പർ കാപ്പാട് സർവ്വീസ്് സഹകരണ ബാങ്ക് (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവായിരിക്കുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ചില അംഗങ്ങളുടെ അപേക്ഷ പ്രകാരം ബാങ്കിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം പുനർജീവിപ്പിച്ച് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതും കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേറ്റർ ചാർ÷് ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള താണ്. എന്നാൽ കാപ്പാട് സർവ്വീസ് സഹകരണ ബാങ്ക് പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേ≠തില്ലെന്ന് സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനിച്ചതായി സൂചന (3) പ്രകാരം സഹകരണ സംഘം രജിസ്ട്രാർ നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. സംഘത്തിന്റെ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തി അധികാരം കൈമാറുന്ന തിനോ പ്രവർത്തനം പുനരു÷ീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോ യാതൊരു24th SEPT. 2013] CO-OPERATIVE DEPARTMENT 185 ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഉടൻതന്നെ ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ റിക്കാർഡു
