In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of Rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri Jose Joseph, Advocate, S/o A. T. Joseph, Anakkallumkal House, Anthinadu P. O., Pala, Kottayam District, Pin-686 651 as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 21-8-2013 in the area comprising in the Meenachil Taluk in the Revenue District of Kottayam with Register No. 12/2013/KTM.
