Whereas, it is expedient to publish the Fair Value of Land as required under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959 read with sub-rule 7 of Rule 3 and Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്ത് വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളി∑േൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ത്തിലും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും റിക്കാർഡുകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വില ചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാന ത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

2013 ആഗസ്റ്റ് 16. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട പീച്ചി, പുള്ള്, ചെവ്വൂർ എന്നീ വില്ലേജിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യ ഭൂമി 'സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി' എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുവാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം ഉള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ തൃശ്ശൂർ അഡീഷണൽ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി സർവ്വെ സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച ന്യായവില താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾ പ്രകാരം തിരുത്തി വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
