SHORT TENDER NOTICE [No. 08/2013-14]
No. C1/3440/2013. 2nd September 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for the Executive of AMC for 4 Lifts Collegiate Hospital, Tripunithura.
The tenders should be superscribed tender for the execution of AMC for 4 Lifts etc. and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.
PAC—` 88,000. Cost of tender form (Non refundable):
Original—` 420 (Inclusive of Taxes). Duplicate—` 210 (Inclusive of Taxes).
` 50 will be charged extra towards the Postage of the tender form has to be sent by post.
Date and time for sale of tender form—6-9-2013 to 5- 10-2013, 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance. The tender form is not transferable, Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms not will be form be sent per VPP.
തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് ആശു പത്രിയിലെ നാല് ലിഫ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് എ.എം.സി. ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ഠ ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
ഉദ്ദേശ വില—` 88,000. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില:
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—7-10-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ.ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—
7-10-2013 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി.
31-3-2014 വരെ ഈ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്ക് പുറമേ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. വി.പി.പി. വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.
