അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ)-ന്റെ ശുപാർശയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ടി സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചു കൊ≠് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുവെന്നും ഈ നടപടിക്കെതിരെ എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപം ബോധിപ്പിക്കു വാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയത് നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ ബോധിപ്പിക്കണമെന്നും സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം നോട്ടീസ് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ടി നോട്ടീസി∑േൽ യാതൊരു ആക്ഷേപവും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.

വിഷയം :— എ 1023-ാം നമ്പർ ലിസ്യൂ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹകരണ സംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം) സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 (1) പ്രകാരം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചുകൊ≠് ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നത്—സംബന്ധിച്ച്.

സൂചന :—(1) കാവാലം യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറുടെ 66-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരമുള്ള പരിശോധനാ റിപ്പോർട്ട്.

എ 1023-ാം നമ്പർ ലിസ്യൂ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹകരണ സംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം)-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-ലെ കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം 71 (1) വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാരം വിനിയോഗിച്ച് സമാപ്തീകരിച്ചു കൊ≠് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾ നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്നതിനായി ടി നിയമം വകുപ്പ് (72) പ്രകാരം കുട്ടനാട് താലൂക്ക് അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ആഫീസിലെ എടത്വ യൂണിറ്റ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിച്ചുകൊ≠ും ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു. സംഘത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാവിധ മുതലു കളുടെയും റിക്കാർഡുകളുടെയും ചുമതല ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഏറ്റെടുത്ത് വിവരം ഈ ആഫീസിലേക്ക് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ചാർ÷െടുക്കുന്ന തീയതിയിലെ വരവ് ചെലവ് കണക്കും ബാക്കിപത്രവും അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്.

ലിസ്യൂ ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹകരണ സംഘം (ക്ലിപ്തം) നമ്പർ എ 1023 ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിൽ കുട്ടനാട് താലൂക്കിൽ കാവാലം ആസ്ഥാനമാക്കി 30-6-1997-ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യപ്പെടുകയും 25-7-1997-ൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്ത ഒരു ലേബർ കോൺട്രാക്റ്റ് സഹകരണ സംഘമാണ്. സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനപരിധി ചേർത്തല, കുട്ടനാട്, അമ്പലപ്പുഴ, ചെങ്ങന്നൂർ, കാർത്തികപ്പള്ളി എന്നീ താലൂക്കുകൾ ആണ്.

വിഷയം :—സമാപ്തീകരണം---കെ. 372 കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി ഹൗസിംഗ് സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം-- ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ നിയമിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നത്-- സംബന്ധിച്ച.്.

കെ. 372 കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി ഹൗസിംഗ് സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം 23-5-1972-ൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത് 6-6-1972-ൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ടി സംഘം ഈ ഓഫീസിലെ 8-8-2008-ലെ എച്ച്.എം./6144/08 നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം അഡ്മിനിസ്ട്രേഷൻ ഭരണത്തിലാണ്. ഭരണസമിതി തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തി 23-11-11-ൽ 5 അംഗങ്ങളടങ്ങിയ ഒരു ഭരണസമിതിയെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു വെങ്കിലും ടി ഭരണസമിതി ചാർ÷െടുത്തില്ല. നിലവിലെ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ സംഘം തുറന്ന് പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു സാധ്യതയും ഇല്ലെന്നും ആയതിനാൽ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണെന്നും സൂചന (1) പ്രകാരം കാഞ്ഞിരപ്പള്ളി അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് രജിസ്ട്രാർ (ജനറൽ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്തീകരിക്കുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരം മുൻ ഭരണസമിതി അംഗങ്ങൾക്കും കോട്ടയം ജില്ലാ സഹകരണ ബാങ്കിനും REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE
