3. Crime No. 1029/2009 of Nedumangad Police Station.

Case No. CC41/S13-43204/Camp/13. 20th August 2013.

U/s 341, 324, 326, 307, 109, 212 and 34.

4. Crime No. 1090/2009 of Nedumangad Police Station. U/s 341, 323, 324, 326, 308 & 34. 5. Crime No. 55/2013 of Aruvikkara Police Station U/s 143, 147, 148, 149, 452 & 307. Whereas, complaint has been made before me by the District Police, Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural that Sri Vinod @ Pravu Vinod S/o Thankappan, Kottappara Thoppil, Chekkakkonam Muri, Karakulam Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has committed or suspected to have committed following offences: 1. Crime No. 305/2008 of Nedumangad Police 6. Crime No. 175/2013 of Aruvikkara Police Station U/s 143, 147, 148, 149, 367, 341, 323, 324 & 326. Station. U/s 143, 147, 148, 149, 452, 323, 326, 307 IPC & 27 of Arms Act. ii

And, it has been returned to Order of detention No. CC41/S13-43204/Camp/2013 dated 7-6-2013 of this Court, there upon issued that the said Sri Vinod @ Pravu Vinod cannot be found, and whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that the said Sri Vinod @ Pravu Vinod has absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service of the said Order of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said Sri Vinod @ Pravu Vinod of Thiruvananthapuram District to appear before the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Thiruvananthapuram Rural, within 30 days of the publication of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
