The inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidates to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.
2. The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Community Certificate/Non Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition cadidates and such Candidates who are included in the supplementary lists will not be considered for this selection if they fail to produce NCLC/CC as the case may be.
The date, time and place of interivew will be intimated in due course. According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for rechecking for their answer scripts after publication of the Ranked List for the post. Detailed instruction will be found in the Ranked list notification for the post.
Copy of the answer scripts of the OMR test held on 12-10-2011 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the short List are advised to refer to the Invalidation Notification No. ER V(1)/5248/2011/EW dated 10-5-2013.

II. A period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date of approval of the Ranked List. The candidates can avail only one chance after the approval of Ranked List.

"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."
The application for rechecking along with the original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee" addressed to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom,Thiruvananthapuram-4 should reach the office within 45 days from the date of approval of the Ranked List (on or before 27-6-2013). Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The candidates absent for the verification will not be given another chance and absentees will not be considered for selection. (5) The Notification No. ERI (3) 4714/12/EW dated 15-11-2012 of the Secretary, K. P. S. C. in which the Register Numbers of Candidates whose Answer Script is invalidated is appended along with this notification.
Rechecking of Answer Script will not be allowed before publishing the Ranked List. Copy of the Answer Script of the OMR Test held on 19-4-2011 will be issued to those candidates who apply within the prescribed time limit for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of Ranked List.
