No. G1-5660/2012. 5th October 2013.

It is hereby notified for the general information of the public that jungle wood, fire wood collected from the 1953 Teak Plantation Sankily in sankily section of Kulathupuzha Range of Thiruvananthapuram Division will be sold in tender/auction sale furnished below subject to the detailed Tender/Auction sale conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 dated 16-12-2008 in Forest Sheet Page No. 481 to 488 by Chief Conservator of Forests (Protection), Thiruvananthapuram vide Notification No. Pro. (5) 7698/2008 dated 6-12-2008, and other rules and conditions in force. Tender forms will be available in Divisional Forest Office, Thiruvananthapuram till a day before the date fixed for tender/auction sale upto 1 p. m. by payment of ` 200 plus VAT and tenders will be accepted till a day before the date fixed for tender/auction sale upto 3 p. m. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be entertained. If the date for tender/auction happens to a public holiday, harthal or strike, the auction sale will be held in the next working day at the scheduled time and place. Tenders will be opened immediately after the auction sale and further action will be taken as per sale conditions. The intending bidders should satisfy themselves about the quantity and quality of the collected materials put up for tender/auction sale and no complaints will be entertained later on regarding the same. Further details of tender/auction sale will be available from the Range Office, Kulathupuzha.

Materials taken to stock upto the day before the auction will be included in sale and hence the quantity shown is approximate. If there is no bid or part bid in the 1st day of auction, the balance materials will be put up for sale on subsequent dates shown below at the same time and place. The Auctioning Officer has discretion to conduct the auction completely or partially and to postpone the auction without assigning any reason.

Tender forms and other conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on application in writing and on payment of the cost of tender form either in cash or by money order (not refundable) up to 1 p. m. on 23-10-2013. The filled up and sealed tenders will be accepted at the office of the undersigned up to 3 p. m. on 23-10-2013 and will be opened by the undersigned or അളവ്—440 MT.

an officer authorized by him, on the same day at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of tenderers. Tenders can be submitted to the undersigned by registered post also. If the due date happens to be a holiday, the next working day will be the due date.

The tender forms are not transferable. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) noted against the works should be paid along with the tenders by DD/FDR (Cheque will not be acceptable) pledged in favour of the undersigned payable at any Nationalized Bank at Marayoor. Incomplete tenders or tenders without EMD are liable to be rejected without any notice. The undersigned reserves all the right to reject any tender without assigning any reasons thereof. All other conditions prevailing in the Kerala PWD are applicable to this tender also. If the tender does not takes place on 23-10-2013 due to any reason it will be conducted on 30-10-2013 at 3.30 p. m.

കോതമംഗലം ഡിവിഷനിൽ താഴെ പട്ടികയിൽ പറയുന്ന അടച്ചുമുറി തേക്കു തോട്ടങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മാർക്ക് ചെയ്ത മരങ്ങൾ വെട്ടി തടിയും വിറകും ലോറികളിൽ കയറ്റി താഴെ കാണിക്കുന്ന ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഡിപ്പോകളിൽ എത്തിക്കുന്നതിനും 16-12-1981-ലെ ജി. ഒ.
