In exercise of the powers conferred under section 14 (1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973, (Central Act 2 of 1974) and order of Hon'ble High Court of Kerala bearing No. D8-81169/2007 dated 7-6-2013, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ernakulam hereby redefine the areas specified in Column No. 4 of the schedule to local limits of the area within which the Courts mentioned in Column No. 2. Thereof may exercise powers vested on them from the date of this notification.

The number of chappathies can be made at the same time in the hot plate, Warranty/Guarantee, ISI Mark and other Ratings etc. should be clearly specified while submitting the tender.
Tender form can be obtained from the office of the Superintendent, District Jail, Ernakulam on working days durig office hours . Tender forms are not transferable. Application for tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed below:

O., കാക്കനാട്-682 037 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ നൽകേ≠താണ്.
