In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Thomas Mathew, Advocate, 11/529, P. K. Complex, Red Cross Road, Kozhikode-673 032 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 25-9-2013 in the area comprising the Kozhikode Taluk with office at Kozhikode in the Revenue District of Kozhikode with Register No. 48/97/KKD.
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (f) of section 10 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952), the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name of Sri V. Raveendran Nair, Advocate, Sai Raag, PMRA-C-25, Pappanamcode, Thiruvananthapuram (Notary Reg. No. 9/97/TVPM) from the Register of Notaries with effect from 18-2-2013, since he does not get his Certificate of Practice renewed.
