2013—Nomination of Vacation Judges—

Modification—Regarding.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 (2) of the Kerala Civil Courts Act 1957, and in partial modification of the notification of even number dated 4-9-2013, the High Court of Kerala hereby nominates Shri K. K. Krishnankutty, Additional District Judge-11, Manjeri, in the District of Manjeri, to exercise of the powers conferred by the said Section during Onam Vacation on 20th September 2013 vice Shri P. K. Haneefa, District Judge, Manjeri.
