New India Assurance Company Limited, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 2,98,628 (Rupees Two lakhs ninety eight thousand six hundred and twenty eight only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependants of the deceased employee Sri Shajahan who met with a fatal accident on 30-9-2006 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the employer.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം, തെന്നൂർ പി.ഒ., പെരിങ്ങമ്മല, ഹിജറൻ മൻസിലിൽ ശ്രീ. പി. താഹയുടെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. ഷാജഹാന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 2,98,628 (ര≠് ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി എട്ടായിരത്തി അറുന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിയെട്ട് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി പച്ച, പാലോട്, കരുമൻകോട്, കരടിക്കുഴി വീട്ടിൽ ശ്രീമതി റജീല (ഭാര്യ), മുഹമ്മദ് ഷാ (മകൻ), സജിനി (മകൾ), കരുമംകോട് പി.ഒ., റിനീഷ് ഭവനിൽ താമസം ശ്രീമതി റഹ്മാബീവി (മാതാവ്) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.

അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Whereas, M/s. New India Assurance Company Limited, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of ` 3,94,120 (Rupees Three lakhs ninety four thousand one hundred and twenty only) as Employees Compensation payable to the dependants of the deceased employee Sri A. Viswambharan who met with a fatal accident on 24-10-2007 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the employer.

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Neyyattinkara, it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased employee within the meaning of Section 2(1) (d) of the Employees' Compensation Act, 1923.

1 Smt. Bindhu, Wife Melekuzhivila Veedu, Pirayil, Pallimukku, Peyad

2 Kumari Vidya Daughter do.

3 Master Vinil 17 years Son do.

4 Smt. Bhargavi Mother do.

Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependants of the deceased workman should prefer their claims, in writing before me within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependants mentioned above. Claims, if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

മലയം, മൂക്കുന്നിമല, വി.എസ്.സി. ഹോളോബ്രിക്സ്, ക്രഷർ ഡിവിഷനിൽ മാനേജിംഗ് പാർട്ട്ണർ ശ്രീ. വി. സുധാകരന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. എ. വിശ്വംഭരന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ട പരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,94,120 (മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റി നാലായിരത്തി ഒരുന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി പേയാട്, പള്ളിമുക്ക്, പിറയിൽ, മേലേകുഴിവിള വീട്ടിൽ താമസം ശ്രീമതി ബിന്ദു (ഭാര്യ), ശ്രീമതി ഭാർഗ്ഗവി (മാതാവ്), വിനിൽ (മകൻ), വിദ്യ (മകൾ) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
