And, it has been returned to Order of detention No. CC 78/S13-73416/13/Camp dated 4-10-2013 of this (See Section 82, Criminal Procedure Code) Court, there upon issued that the said Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu cannot be found, and whereas it has been shown to my satisfaction that the said In the Court of District Magistrate, Thiruvananthapuram

Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu has absconded or is concealing himself to avoid the service of the said Order

Whereas, complaint has been made before me by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City that Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu, s/o Sri Chandrasekharan Nair, Sreejalayam, Chavadi Nada, Venganoor, Venganoor Village, Thiruvananthapuram District has committed or suspected to have committed following offences:
1. Crime No. 881/11 of Vizhinjam Police Station.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said Sri Arun Chandran @ Binu of Thiruvananthapuram District to appear before the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L&O), Thiruvananthapuram City within 30 days of the publication of this Order in the Kerala Gazette.
