NOTIFICATION
Ref. C-9611/2013. 18th October 2013.
It is hereby notified that the Sub Inspector of Police, Railway Police Station, Kasaragod has produced before this Court an amount of Rs. 60,000 (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) which was found in an abandoned condition in Train No. 16628 Mangalore Chennai West Coast Express. Persons who have valid claims over the above amount may appear before the undersigned within 3 (three) months from the date of publication of this notification with prefer claims. If no claimants turned up within the stipulated time the above amount will be forefeited to the Government under the provisions contained in the Kerala Escheat and Forfeiture Act and Rules in force.
