In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 (2) of the Kerala Civil Courts Act 1957, and in partial modification of the notification of even number dated 4-9-2013, the High Court of Kerala hereby nominates Shri M. Nandakumar, Wakf Tribunal/Additional District Judge-III, Kollam in the District of Kollam, to exercise of the powers conferred by the said section during Onam Vacation from Friday, the 13th September 2013 to Friday the 20th September 2013 (both days inclusive) vice Shri P. Krishnakumar, Additional District Judge-II, Kollam.
