In exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956 the Government of Kerala hereby appoint Sri K. Vijayan, Advocate S/o K. Sankaran, "Souparnika", Kizhuthalli, P.O. Thazhechovva, Kannur, Pin-670 018 as Notary for a period of five years with effect from 23-10-2013 in the area comprising Kannur Taluk in the Revenue District of Kannur with Reg. No. 6/2013/KNR.
