"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry sections of the Various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."

II Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC- 105- State PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 5-8-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

The application for re-checking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad should reach the office on or before 5-8-2013. Application for re-checking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The following is the Ranked List of candidates for selection to the Post of Typist on ` 3300-6380 in the Kerala Financial Corporation (Category No. 370/2008) found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the OMR Test held on 15-1-2011, arranged in the order of merit. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 10-7-2010 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 9-11-2012 for selection to the post of Villageman (Category No. 508/09) on ` 4630-7000 (PR) in Revenue Department in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked list is brought in to force with effect from 23-5-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. The following is the Short List containing the Register Numbers of the candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of LP School Assistant-Malayalam (NCA Recruitment-ST) (Category No. 160/2010) in the Education Department on ` 6680-10790 (PR) in Palakkad District (Gazette date 14-5-2010) on the basis of the OMR test held on 21-1-2011.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate the respective rank on the basis of the Written Test. Each Register Numbers shall be prefixed by alphabet 'P' indicating Palakkad District.

Note:— (1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to the scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for Interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will not be entertained at any stage.

(3) All candidates who have appeared for the OMR test except invalidated are included in the Main List of the Short List.

(4) The candidates included in the Short List are required to produce Caste certificate obtained from Revenue authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette along with other documents.

(5) The place, date and time of interview will be intimated in due course.

6. Candidates whose register numbers are not included in the Short List may refer to the Notification No. ERII (3) 1575/11/EW dated 5-12-2012 showing the details of invalidated scripts.

7. According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But candidates can apply for photocopies and rechecking of their answer scripts after publication of the Ranked List. The details will be published along with the Ranked List.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable by the commission on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 24-2-2011 and followed by a Physical Measurement and Practical Test held on 2-11-2012 for selection to the post of Seaman (NCA-LC, Muslim) on ` 5250-8390 (Category No. 152/2009) in Port Department in Kozhikode District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought in to force with effect from 22-4-2013. The Ranked List will be in force until the candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for LC and Muslim communities, but remain unfilled due to the paucity of candidate during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post on 26-4-2007 in Kozhikode District.

All the candidates participated in the Practical Test were included in the Ranked List for the above post.

According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee".

Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form downloaded from the commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt together with the application for rechecking should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is published by the Public Service Commission. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Tresuries in the State (Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts".) The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode. A Copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for Re-checking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts addressed to District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie, the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission).

The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Script is 5-6-2013.

Application for re-checking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
