അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ആയി Enroll ചെയ്തവർക്ക് Bar Council നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ ്നൽകുന്ന ആധാർ കാർഡ് (Aadhaar Card) എന്നിവയിലേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയായി ഹാജരാക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

(5) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷ കളും ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കു കയുള്ളു.

(7) സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുള്ള പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ GO (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയുടെ അ—ന്റെ പേര്, സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്ന വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസറുടെ പേര്, ഒപ്പ്, ഓഫീസ് സീൽ എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി രേഖ പ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹസീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ആറ് മാസ ത്തിനുളളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരി പ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മിശ്രവിവാഹി തരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുകളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേത്. ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരു ത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല. (10) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദിക്കു കയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെടാ തിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധി ക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ സമയവിവര പട്ടികയിൽ കാണിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി ' മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത് സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.

(അസാധുവാക്കൽ വി⁄ാപനം ഇതോടൊപ്പം ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസ രിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ പുനർമൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം അനു വദനീയമല്ല. എന്നാൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ട്രഷറിയിൽ 50 രൂപ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി ചലാൻ സഹിതം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്ക് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി അപേ ക്ഷിക്കാം. ഇതിലേയ്ക്കായി "0051-PSC-105 State PSC 99- Examination Fee" എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിലാണ് പണമടക്കേ≠ത്. അതുപോലെ, സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെ ങ്കിലും ട്രഷറിയിൽ "0051-PSC-800 other receipts 99-other receipts" എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിൽ 200 രൂപ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീക രണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് അവരവരുടെ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.

ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധന, ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാ ക്കൽ എന്നിവയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് വി⁄ാ പനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കും. അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാ സുകളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കോ, ഫോട്ടോ കോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതിലേക്കോ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(6) The verification of original documents of this Candidates (other than PH candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Probability List will be held on 20-3-2013 at 9.30 a.m. at Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kannur. The candidates included in the Probability List should present in person at their own expense for verifica- tion of original documents. The candidates absent for the verification will not be given another chance and absentees will not be considered for selection. The Register Number of those candidates who do not produce the required docu- ments at the time of verification and whose applications found otherwise defective will not be included in the Ranked List to be published for the above post.

The following are the Register Numbers of candidates who are Provisionally considered for inclusion in the Ranked List for the post of Village Extension Officer, Grade II (Special Recruitment for Physically Disabled persons belonging to Partially Blind, Partially Deaf and Orthopaedically Handicapped) on ` 9940-16580 in the Rural Development Department in Kasaragod District notified in the Gazette42 dated 30-4-2012 (Category No. 256/2012), for filling the backlog vacancies earmarked for the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR) Valuation Test held on 3-10-2012.
