The following is the list of candidates for selection to the post of Higher Secondary School Teacher Malayalam (Senior) SR for PH 3% PH- Backlog (Orthopaedic Lower Extremities, Low Vision and Blind) on ` 19240-34500 in the Kerala Higher Secondary Education Department (Category No. 268/2012), interviewed and found3rd DEC. 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 1992 suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 9-7-2013.
This Ranked List is intended to make recruitment to the 3% backlog vacancies during the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 earmarked for the various categories and PH groups as per G. (7) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 3-9-2011 will be issued to those candidates who, apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after approval of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ERII(3)5260/l1/EW Dated ll-6-2013.
(5) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be rechecked after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.

The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 2-7-2013.
The Ranked List will remain in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The entries put in column 5 are based on the communities specified by the candidate in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them should intimate the fact to the Disrtict Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kottayam within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidate will be advised as incorporated in the List.
According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answerscripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked only after publication of Ranked List, if prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only) remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee" and original challan enclosed with the application. Applications for rechecking of answerscripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom.
Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The original challan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach District Officer, K.P.S.C. District Office, Kottyam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.
3rd DEC. 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 1997Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC- 800-State PSC 99-Other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought in to force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kottayam shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. The date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answerscript is 16-8-2013. Applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
