സൂചന :—1. കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്ര നിയമം 1959, സെക്ഷൻ 28എ, ചട്ടം 5 (4).
2. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാകളക്ടറുടെ 14-2-2013-തീയതിയിലെ M1-38492/12-ാം നമ്പർ നിർദ്ദേശം.
3. ശ്രീ. ജസ്റ്റിൻ, ശ്രീമതി സുനിത, ശ്രീ. ശശിധരൻ പിള്ള, ശ്രീമതി സുകുമാരി എന്നിവർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.
4. തഴുത്തല വില്ലേജാഫീസറുടെ 307/13, പാരിപ്പള്ളി വില്ലേജാഫീസറുടെ 271/13, ഉമ്മന്നൂർ വില്ലേജാഫീസറുടെ 176/13, കടയ്ക്കൽ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറുടെ 284/13 എന്നീ നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ.
ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളി∑േൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാന ത്തിലും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വില ചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

2013 ഒക്ടോബർ 17. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റുപ്രകാരം തലപ്പിള്ളി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ആളൂർ, അഞ്ഞൂർ, ചിറമനങ്ങാട്, ചെറുതുരുത്തി, ദേശമംഗലം, എളനാട്, എങ്കക്കാട്, മണലിത്തറ, കരിയന്നൂർ, കാട്ടകാമ്പൽ, കാഞ്ഞിരക്കോട്, കരിക്കാട്, കടങ്ങോട്, നെല്ലുവായ്, പോർക്കുളം, പല്ലൂർ, പൈങ്കുളം, തെക്കുംകര, തോന്നൂർക്കര, വെങ്ങാനെല്ലൂർ എന്നീ വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യ ഭൂമി സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിട്ടുള്ളതും ആണ്. ഇപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ തലപ്പിള്ളി അഡീ. തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ടുപ്രകാരം ന്യായവില പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി സർവ്വെ സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുക്കൾക്ക് പുതുക്കി നി›യിച്ച ന്യായവില താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷനുകൾപ്രകാരം തിരുത്തിവായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
