Note:—(1) A Period of 45 days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.
"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various officers of the commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc. gov. in or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."
(2) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC-105-State PSC-99 other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov. in along with the original chalan should be submitted to the Deputy Sectetary (Examination), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 4-9-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.
The application for rechecking along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee for ` 50 under the head of account "0051- PSC 105 State PSC 99- Examination Fee" addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examination), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom, Thiruvananthapuram should reach the office on or before 4-9-2013. Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

This Ranked List is intended to make recruitment to the 3% backlog vancancies during the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 earmarked for the various categories of PH groups as per G.O. (P) No. 7/2011/SWD, dated 24-1-2011 and will remain in force for a maximum period of three years subject to the condition that the ranked list will cease to exist as and when candidates are advised and appointed against the above mentioned vacancies. Rules 14 to 17 of Part II, KS & SSR are not applicable to this selection. Candidates will be advised and appointed against vancancies notified and also against the backlog vacancies, if any, report by the appointing authorities as earmarked in the above mentioned order.

D. Typist/Typist Clerk/Clerk Typist (Recruitment of PH- Backlog Vacancies—Belonging to Deaf, Deaf & Dumb, Partially Deaf & Orthopaedically Handicapped categories only) (Category No. 257/2012) on ` 9940-16580 in Various Departments in Pathanamthitta District arranged in the order of merit.
The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 12-7-2013. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-State-PSC-99 other receipts". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website:

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 6-2-2010 and Practical Test (H Test + Road Test) held from 26-11-2012 to 27-11-2012 included in the Unified short list published on 6-8-2012 for selection to the post of Driver (HDV) on ` 4990-7990 (PR) in Excise Department (Category No. 118/07— Direct Recruitment and 119/2007—Recruitment by Transfer) in Kozhikode District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 8-7-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
The candidates who have obtained 79 (Seventy Nine) marks and above in the OMR Test and qualified in the Driving Test are included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communities.
According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed format downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-state PSC 99- other receipts. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode. A copy of answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate.
Candidates are prohibitted from applying for copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Valid applications for Rechecking/Obtaining photocopy of answer scripts addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e., The date on which the ranked list has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for Rechecking/Obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is 22-8-2013. Applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
Entries put in Column 4 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode within 1 (One) Month from the date of publication of the Ranked List, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test held on 26-8-2011 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 20-4-2013 for the post of Lower Division Typist (Ex-Servicemen only) (Category No. 35/2010) on ` 5250-8390 in NCC/Sainik Welfare Department in Kozhikode District for which notification for selection was published in the Gazette dated 27-2-2010 arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 18-7-2013.
The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendancy of this list. The application for re-checking with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission ie., on or before 31-8-2013. Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded.
Applications for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 Size paper from the Commission's Website-www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
Candidates who wish to obtain photocopies of their OMR answer script (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 Other receipts-99-other receipts". The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Civil Station, Kozhikode-20 within 45 days of the date of publication of this Ranked List ie., on or before 31-8-2013. The application received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.
Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kozhikode within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis of communities specified in the list.
The candidate who have obtained 31 (Thirty one) marks and above in the Objective Type (OMR valuation) Test held on 26-8-2011 have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List.

(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുളള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുളളത്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്താത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(3) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്ന കാര്യങ്ങൾ അതായത് യോഗ്യത, ജനനത്തീയതി, ജാതി എന്നിവയും,17th DEC. 2013] KERALA GAZETTE 2109 മറ്റ് ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനാവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകൾ അസ്സൽ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനാസമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. അഭിമുഖത്തിനുശേഷം ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണ ങ്ങളുടെ പകപ്പുകൾ നി›ിത സമയ പരിധി ക്കുള്ളിൽ ഹാജരാകാത്ത ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കളുടെയും അപേക്ഷയിൽ മറ്റ് എന്തെങ്കിലും ന്യൂനതകൾ ഉള്ളതായി ക≠െത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികളുടെയും രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്ക പട്ടിക യിൽനിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(4) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അസ്സൽപ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകുമ്പോൾ 6 മാസത്തിനകം എടുത്ത പാസ്പോർട്ട് സൈസ് ഫോട്ടോയും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയുടെ അസ്സലും ശരിപ്പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കണം. (ഫോട്ടോയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയുടെ പേരും ഫോട്ടോ എടുത്ത തീയതിയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.) (5) പരീക്ഷയിൽ 37 (മുപ്പത്തിയേഴ്)- ഉം അതിൽ കൂടുതലും മാർക്ക് ലഭിച്ച ഉദ്ദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെ ടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഈ അടിസ്ഥാന മാർക്കിൽ ആവശ്യമായ ഇളവ് വരുത്തിയാണ് ഉപപട്ടികകൾ തയ്യാറാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
(6) ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ളതും, 26-9-2009-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 81/2009/എസ്. സി./എസ്. റ്റി. ഡി. ഡി. പ്രകാരം നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ വരുമായ മറ്റുപിന്നോക്കസമുദായങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനാ സമയത്ത് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ-ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം അവരെ സാമുദായിക സംവരണത്തിന് അർഹമല്ലാത്ത ഓപ്പൺ കോംപറ്റീഷൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളായി പരിഗണിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക സമുദായങ്ങളുടെ ഉപപട്ടികകളിലുള്ള ഇത്തരം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ നോൺ ക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് യഥാസമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ തന്നെ ഈ ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്.
(7) ജാതി-സമുദായ സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പ ട്ട ി ക ജ ാ ത ി / പ ട്ട ി ക വ ർ ഗ്ഗ ത്ത ി ൽ െ പ്പ ട്ട വ ർ തഹസീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റും ര≠് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
(8) അപേക്ഷയിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് വെയിറ്റേജ് അവകാശ പ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ആയത് തെളിയിക്കു ന്നതിന് സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സെക്രട്ടറി സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ ഒറിജിനലും പകർപ്പും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

കുറിപ്പ് :—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയി ട്ടില്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടു ത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉന്നയിക്കാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടി ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധിക്കാനും അതിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അവസരവും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി്⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
