സ ാ േ ങ്ക ത ി ക പ ര ീക്ഷ ാ കൺ േ ്ര ട ാ ള ർ 1 9 9 1 േ മ യ ് മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ പി. ജി. ഡി. സി. എ. പരീക്ഷയിൽ എൽ. ബി. എസ്., കളമശ്ശേരിയിൽ നിന്നും 16437 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസായ ശ്രീമതി സ്മിത കെ. പോൾ എന്നവർക്ക് നൽകിയ പി. ജി. ഡി. സി. എ. സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടുപോയിരിക്കുന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താൽപര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.
Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for Printing, Binding and DTP work of Students Magazine for 2012-13 to Government Polytechnic College, Palakkad.
Earnest Money Deposit—1% of the quoted value (only by means of Demand Draft from a Nationalized Bank).
Superscription—Tender No. 01/13-14 Printing, Binding and DTP work of students Magazine for 2012-13.
Price of tender form (including Sales Tax) :
Original—` 400 + 12.5% VAT.
Duplicate—` 200 + 12.5% VAT.

Interested tenderers may obtain the requisite non transferable tender forms separately for each tenders from the Principal, Government Polytechnic College, Kotambu P. O., Palakkad-678 551 on payment of the value noted above by cash or by money order (Postage charge ` 40 extra). The cost of tender forms will be accepted by means of cash or by money order only. The tender forms should be accompanied by an agreement executed in Kerala Govt. Stamp Paper worth ` 100.
Tenders should be clearly superscribed with the description and Tender No. and the same will be opened on the specified date and time in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives. If any of the dates mentioned above, declared as a holiday, next working day will be the date for issue/receipt/opening of tender. The final acceptance of the tender rest entirely with the Government who do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any other tender.
