Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of account: 0051 PSC- 800- State PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kozhikode within 45 days from the date14th JAN. 2014] KERALA GAZETTE 37 on which this ranked list is brought into force ie. on or before 4-10-2013. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 4-10-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

II. A period of 45 days time to apply for re-checking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.

"Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy, or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered."

The application for re-checking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination Fee", addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode should reach the office on or before 4-10-2013. Application for re-checking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

(15) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക്ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടിക യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധി ക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(16) സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധന, ശാരീരിക അളവെടുപ്പ്, കായികക്ഷമതാ പരീക്ഷ എന്നിവ കമ്മീഷൻ നിഷ്കർഷിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. തീയതി പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

The following list contains the name of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of OMR Test held on 7-4-2011 and the verification of original documents of the candidates included in the Probability List published on 22-6-2013 for selection to the post of Assistant Time Keeper in Printing Department (Government Presses) in Ernakulam District (Category No. 407/2009) notified in the Gazette dated 13-11-2009 on ` 5650-8790 (P. R.) and arranged in the order of merit.The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 20-8-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointmet in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurance of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 85 (Eighty Five) marks or above in the objective type (OMR Valuation) test have been included in the Main List of this Ranked List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group pf Communities.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totaling of marks for various answers if the candidates apply for rechecking remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in anyone of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account '0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee' . The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account . The result of rechecking will be intimated to the candidates form this14th JAN. 2014] KERALA GAZETTE 67 office. Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Kerala Public Service Commission or its photocopy or down loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A&B) relating to this selection shall remit the fees of ` 200 (Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other receipts. A Copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for Rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer script along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Ernakulam within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (ie. the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 3-10-2013 . Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in Column 5 (Community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Ernakulam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.

Letter 'E' should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Ernakulam District.

(5) The Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes included in the Short list except SC/ ST candidates are required to produce Non- Creamy layer Certificate as per G. O. (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 along with other documents. Such candidates in the main list who fail to produce the required Non-Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community reservation and will be considered as open competition candidate. As regard to such candidates in the supplementary lists of other backward classes, their register numbers will be deleted from the short list without further notice if they fail to produce Non-Creamy Layer Certificate. SC/ST candidates shall produce community certificate from revenue authorities not below the rank of Tahsildar as specified in Kerala Gazette along with other documents.

(6) The place, date and time of certificate verification, physical measurement and physical efficiency test will be intimated in due course.

(7) According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed but answer scripts can be re-checked only after the publication of Ranked List. Detailed instructions will be published in the Ranked List to be published for the post.

(8) Copy of answer scripts of the OMR Test held on 3-9-2011 will be issued to those candidates who apply for the same remitting the prescribed fee after the publication of the Ranked List. Candidates whose Register Numbers are invalidated are advised to refer to Notification No. ER II (3) 5260/11/EW dated 11-6-2013.

The following list contains the names of candidates who are found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR Valuation) Test held on 11-2-2011 and the verification of orginal documents of the candidates included in the probablilty List published on 5-1-2013 for selection to the post of Electrician (Category No. 203/2010) on ` 5650-8790 (PR) in Health Servicees Department in Wayanad District arranged in the Order of merit.

The Ranked list is brought in to force with effect from 20-8-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked list after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of 3 years whichever is earlier.

Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the validity period of the list. As the advice for appionment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidatet# included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all, for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The Candidates who have obtained 25 (Twenty five) marks and above in the objective type (OMR valuation) test have been included in the Main List of this Ranked list . The requsite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of communitis. According to the existing procedure, re-valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks for various answers, if the candidates apply for rechecking by remitting the prescribed fee of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee''. Candidates who whish to obtain, a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A&B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two Hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account 0051-PSC-800-State PSC-99 Other recepits. The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Wayanad within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked list has come into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to the any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initated against those who do so.

Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enqury sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

Valid applications for Re-checking/obtaining photocopy of Answer Scripts along with orginal chalan receipt addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad shall reach this office with in 45 days from the date on which the Ranked list has come into force (ie., The date on which the Ranked list has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of application for recheking /obtaining photocopy of the Answer Script is 3-10-2013. Applications for rechecking/obtaining photocopy received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. In the case of candidates who sent applications for rechecking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the rechecking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

Entries put in column 4 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Wayanad within 1 (one) month from the date of publication of the Ranked list to get the benefit of reservation which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidated will be advised as incorporated in this list.
