തൂത്തുക്കുടിയിലുളള ശ്രീജിത്ത് കൺസ്ട്രക്ഷൻസ് എന്ന സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. സേതുവിന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 3,97,507 (മൂന്നു ലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറ്റിയേഴായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി ഏഴ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ശ്രീമതി ലത (ഭാര്യ), മിനി സദനം, അഷ്ടമംഗലം, മണിയാർ പി.ഒ., പുനലൂർ.
എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി/ആശ്രിതർ എന്ന് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച നിർവ്വചനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നവരായി വേറെ ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ രേഖാമൂലം ഹാജരായി തെളിയിക്കേ≠തും അവധി കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള ഹർജികൾ പരിഗണിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു.
Whereas, the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu has deposited with this court a sum of ` 3,97,507 (Rupees Three Lakhs ninety seven 4 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III under Sreejith Constructions, Tuticorin and whereas it is reported that
1 Smt. Latha, (Wife) Mini Sadanam, Ashtamangalam, Maniyar P.O., Punalur.
2 Master Ambadi do. (Minor Son) 3 Sri K. Gopi do. (Father)
4 Smt. Radha do. (Mother)
are his only dependents as defined under section 2 (1) (d) of the Employees Compensation Act. Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims, preferred thereafter will not be considered.

കേരള സംസ്ഥാന വിദ്യു—‡ി ബോർഡിന്റെ കൊല്ലം ഇലക്ട്രിക്കൽ ഡിവിഷന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. സാംസൺ, എസ്.-ന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 8,23,800(എട്ടു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തിമൂവായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി
1. ജൂഡി, ജെ. (ഭാര്യ), ചരുവിൻപുറം, കടവൂർ, പെരിനാട് പി.ഒ., കൊല്ലം(നിലവിൽ ബിജു സദനം, കടവൂർ, പെരിനാട് പി.ഒ., കൊല്ലം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ താമസം)
2. മാസ്റ്റർ ഏബൽ സാംസൺ (പ്രായപൂർത്തിയാകാത്ത മകൻ), ടി
3. ശ്രീമതി മേഹി (വിധവയായ മാതാവ്), ചരുവിൻപുറം, കടവൂർ, പെരിനാട് പി.ഒ., കൊല്ലം

(1) ശ്രീ. അനീഷ് കുമാർ, കെ. ജി., കളത്തിൽ വീട്, ആർപ്പൂക്കര പി. ഒ., കോട്ടയം-ന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. അനീഷ് വർക്കി, മുക്കുങ്കൽ വീട്, വില്ല ൂന്നി പി. ഒ., ആർപ്പൂക്കര-ടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി ` 10,37,806 (പത്തു ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തി ഏഴായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി ആറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ആഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 (1) (ഡി) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി (1) എം. വി. വർക്കി (പിതാവ്), മുക്കുങ്കൽ വീട്, വില്ലൂന്നി പി. ഒ., ആർപ്പൂക്കര (2) അന്നമ്മ വർക്കി (മാതാവ്) (3) അനീറ്റ വർക്കി (സഹോദരി) എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളുവെന്നും റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. അപ്രകാരമുള്ള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് ആവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലുമു≠െങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഗസറ്റിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എന്റെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠തും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ട പരിഹാരതുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യ‡ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ
