തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ സ്ഥാപിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള എയർ ക≠ീഷണറുകൾക്ക് ആന്വൽ മെയിന്റനൻസ് കോൺട്രാക്ട് ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—22-1-2014, 2 മണിവരെ.

31-12-2014 വരെ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല. വി.പി.പി. വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.No. C1-5862/2013. 24th December 2013.
Sealed tenders are invited for the execution of
Annual Maintenance Contract for the Air Conditioners

Hospital, Thripunithura.
The tenders should superscribed tender for the
execution of Annual Maintenance Contract for the Air
Conditioners (8 Nos.) installed in the Collegiate Hospital
and addressed to The Principal, Government Ayurveda
College Hospital, Thripunithura.
Tender No.—19/2013-14.
PAC—` 50,000.
Cost of tender form (Non-refundable) :
Original—` 420 (including tax)
Duplicate—` 210 (including tax)
Date and time for sale of tender forms—23-12-2013 to
20-1-2014, 10.30 a. m. to 2 p. m.
Last date and time for receipt of tender form—
22-1-2014 upto 2 p. m.
Date and time of opening of tenders—22-1-2014,
3 p. m.
Date upto which the rates are to be firm—31-12-2014.
` 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the
tender form has to be sent by post.
Intending tenderes may on application to the
Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thripunithura
obtain the requisite tender forms against cash remittance.
The tender forms is not transferable. Cheques, Postage
stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost to forms
nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.
