ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (വന്യജീവി വിഭാഗം), നോർത്തേൺ റീജിയൻ, പാലക്കാട് ഓഫീസിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനായി/ജോലി നടത്തുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവെച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. (വിശദവിവരം പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടു≠്.)

പർച്ചേസിംഗ് ഓഫീസർ/അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഫോറസ്റ്റ് കൺസർവേറ്റർ (ടെക്നിക്കൽ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ്) അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പർച്ചേസിംഗ് ഓഫീസർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും ഓഫീസർ 14-2-2014-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിച്ചവർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെ≠റുകൾ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്ന വേളയിൽ ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളാണ് ഹാജരാകുന്നതെങ്കിൽ അവർ ടെ≠ർ സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്നും ഓതറൈസേഷൻ ലെറ്റർ കൊ≠ു വരേ≠താണ്. എന്തെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ 14-2-2014-ാം തീയതിയിൽ ടെ≠ർ നടത്തുവാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിൽ ആയത് 21-2-2014, 28-2-2014 എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും തീയതികളിൽ മുൻപ് സൂചിപ്പിച്ച സമയ പ്രകാരം നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. മുദ്ര വെച്ച ടെ≠റുകൾ ടെ≠ർ തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്്. വൈകിയെത്തുന്ന ടെ≠റുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെ≠ർ അടക്കം ചെയ്തിട്ടുളള കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "............. വിതരണത്തിനുളള ടെ≠ർ, ടെ≠ർ നം......................." എന്ന് 14 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of following stores/execute works to the O/o. Conservator of Forests (Wildlife), Northern Region, Palakkad.

The tender forms and detailed specification of items/ details of works can be had from the office of the undersigned from 16-1-2014 to the date of opening of tender till 1 p. m. The details are also available at the websites www.forest.kerala.gov.in, http://117.239.77.10/ ~forusr/wcpalakkad/ and http://117.239.77.10/~forusr/ tcpalakkad

The envelopes containing the tender should bear the superscription, "Tender for the supply of……….......……, Tender No. …………………….." and should be addressed to the undersigned.

The tender will be opened at the address of the undersigned by the Purchasing Officer or Assistant Conservator of Forests (Technical Assistant) or Authorized Officer at 3 p. m. on 14-2-2014 in the presence of tenderers/ authorized representatives who are present that time. The authorized representatives, who intend to attend the tender opening, are to bring with them, letters of authority from the corresponding tenderers. If the tender is not conducted on 14-2-2014, the same will be conducted on 21-2-2014 or 28-2-2014 and the tenders will be opened at the time prescribed above. Sealed tenders will be received in the office of the undersigned till 1 p. m. on the date of tender. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned may obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance as prescribed above and this amount is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on the date of tender. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P.
