(2) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR amswer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051-PSC-105- State PSC-99-other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website (www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate.
Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 30-3-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.
The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-Examination Fee", addressed to The District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Pathanamthitta should reach the office on or before 30-3-2013. Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ അവയുടെ സംഖ്യാക്രമത്തിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പി ക്കുന്നില്ല.
ഒബ്ജക്ടീവ് ടൈപ്പ് (ഒ.എം.ആർ.) പരീക്ഷയിൽ 66-ഉം അതിനു മുകളിലും മാർക്ക് നേടിയ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയുടെ മുഖ്യപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
കൊല്ലം ജില്ലയെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനായി രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറു കളുടെ മുൻപിൽ 'ക്യൂ' ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.

അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതി നാൽ സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയി രിക്കുന്നത് തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ്. ഈ സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടു≠് എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക യിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
സാധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ അനുയോജ്യതാനിർണ്ണയം, പ്രമാണ പരിശോധനയുടെ തീയതി, സമയം, സ്ഥലം എന്നിവ പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ള വിവരങ്ങ ളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലാണ് സാധ്യതാപട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയി ട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസു കളുടെ പുനർമൂല്യനിർണ്ണയം അനുവദനീയമല്ല. എന്നാൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരു ട്രഷറിയിൽ 50 രൂപ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി ചലാൻ സഹിതം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കായി അപേക്ഷിക്കാം. ഇതിലേക്കായി "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99-Examination Fee" എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിലാണ് പണമടക്കേ≠ത്. അതുപോലെ, സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ ഏതെങ്കിലും ട്രഷറിയിൽ "0051-PSC-800-other receipts-99-other receipts" എന്ന ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗ≠ിൽ 200 രൂപ ഫീസ് ഒടുക്കി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിന്റെ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരണത്തിന് ശേഷം മാത്രം ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി കൾക്ക് അവരവരുടെ ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യ മാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസിന്റെ പുനxപരിശോധന, ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കൽ എന്നിവയെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദ വിവരം റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരിക്കും.
അസാധുവാക്കൽപ്പട്ടിക പിന്നീട് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ട ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകളുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കോ, ഫോട്ടോകോപ്പി ലഭ്യമാക്കുന്നതി ലേക്കോ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിന് ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.
പാസ്സ് ബുക്ക്, സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവർ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സ്ഥാപനം നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്, വിമു‡ ഭട∑ാരുടെ ഡിസ്ചാർ÷് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്/ജില്ലാ സൈനിക ക്ഷേമ ആഫീസർ നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റ ിറ്റി കാർഡ്, മോട്ടോർ വാഹന വകുപ്പ് നൽകുന്ന ക≠ക്ടർ ലൈസൻസ്, Scheduled Banks/Kerala State Co-operative Bank/District Co-operative Banks നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച പാസ്സ് ബുക്ക്, പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ, (വിവിധ കമ്പനികൾ/കോർപ്പറേഷനുകൾ/ബോർഡുകൾ/ അതോറിറ്റികൾ) സർക്കാർ സ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ അവരുടെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റ ിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേരള സംസ്ഥാനത്തിലെ സർവ്വകലാശാലാ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, വികലാംഗരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് മെഡിക്കൽ ബോർഡ് നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച മെഡിക്കൽ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, അഡ്വക്കേറ്റ് ആയി Enroll ചെയ്ത വർക്ക് Bar Council നൽകുന്ന ഫോട്ടോ പതിച്ച എെഡന്റിറ്റി കാർഡ്, കേന്ദ്ര ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നൽകുന്ന ആധാർ കാർഡ് (AADHAAR CARD) എന്നിവ യിലേതെങ്കിലും തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖയായി ഹാജരാ ക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
(4) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷ കളും ഒ.എം.ആർ. ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭി ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീ കരിച്ചതിനു ശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
(5) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
(6) സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിന് അർഹതയുള്ള പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ GO (P) No. 81/2009/SC/ST/DD dated 26-9-2009 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നോൺക്രീമിലെയർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിയുടെ അ—ന്റെ പേര്, സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നൽകുന്ന വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസ റുടെ പേര്, ഒപ്പ്, ഓഫീസ് സീൽ എന്നിവ വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം. സംവരണാ നുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പട്ടികജാതി-പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗ ത്തിൽപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ തഹസീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ആറ് മാസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടി ഫിക്കറ്റും 2 ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. മിശ്രവിവാഹിതരായ ദമ്പതികളുടെ മക്കൾ 20-11-2008-ന് ശേഷം ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റിന്റെ പകർപ്പുക ളാണ് ഹാജരാക്കേ≠ത്. ജാതിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യത്തി നായി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിൽ വീഴ്ച വരു ത്തുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് സംവരണാനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ്് ഈ ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നില്ല.
രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾക്ക് മുമ്പിലായി 'W' എന്ന് ചേർത്ത് വായിക്കേ≠താണ്.
ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെയാണ് ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി യിട്ടുള്ളത്.
കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും, നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി, തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരു കൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(2) അപേക്ഷയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അതിന് ശേഷമുള്ള അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ ഒരു ഘട്ടത്തിലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

(6) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ്സ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോ ടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
(7) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾക്ക് പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്കും അർഹതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും ഹാജരാ കാൻ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതാണ്.
(8) സമയബന്ധിതമായി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരി ക്കേ≠തിനാൽ അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദി ക്കുകയോ വീ≠ും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ആകയാൽ അവസരം നഷ്ടപ്പെ ടാതിരിക്കാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ പ്രത്യേകം ശ്രദ്ധി ക്കേ≠താണ്. രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നതിന് ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ വ്യ‡ഗത മെമ്മോയിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ദിവസവും സമയവും കൃത്യമായി മനസ്സിലാക്കി പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് അന്നേദിവസം കൃത്യസമയത്ത് സ്വന്തം ചെല വിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്.
മേൽ നിബന്ധനകൾ പാലിക്കാതെയുള്ള ഫോട്ടോ ഹാജരാ ക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് പരിശോധനയിൽ പങ്കെടുപ്പിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
(2) തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖ:—കുറിപ്പ് 4-ൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച പ്രകാരം.
(3) ജനനത്തീയതി, വയസ്സ്, വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത:—ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്കൂൾ രേഖകളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകർപ്പും (എസ്.എസ്.എൽ.സി.).
(4) വൈകല്യം തെളിയിക്കുന്ന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന നടത്തിയിട്ടി ല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ തികച്ചും സോപാധികമായിട്ടാണ് ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കുന്നത്. സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരവകാശവും ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.
(2) ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ള വിശദാംശങ്ങളെ അടിസ്ഥാനമാക്കിയാണ് സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടിക തയ്യാറാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ളത്. അപേക്ഷ യിൽ എഴുതാത്ത യാതൊരു അവകാശവും തുടർന്ന് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
സമയം ഹാജരാക്കാത്തപക്ഷം അവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പറുകൾ ഒരറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെതന്നെ ഈ സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ നിന്നും നീക്കം ചെയ്യു ന്നതാണ്.
(6) ജാതി-സമുദായ സംവരണാനുകൂല്യത്തിനായി പ ട്ട ി ക ജ ാ ത ി / പ ട്ട ി ക വ ർ ഗ്ഗ ത്ത ി ൽ െ പ്പ ട്ട വ ർ തഹസിൽദാരിൽനിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റും അതിന്റെ ര≠് പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.
(7) സാദ്ധ്യതാപട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികൾ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ പരിശോധ നയ്ക്കായി കമ്മീഷൻ നി›യിക്കുന്ന സമയത്തും സ്ഥലത്തും ഹാജരാകേ≠താണ്. (സമയവിവര പട്ടിക ഇതോടൊപ്പം കൊടുത്തത് കാണുക.) (8) നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം സാദ്ധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുൾപ്പെടെ എല്ലാ ഉദ്യോ ഗാർ∞ികൾക്കും ഉത്തരക്കടലാസുകൾ പുനxപരി ശോധിക്കാൻ അവസരം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങൾ റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീക രിക്കുന്ന വി⁄ാപനത്തോടൊപ്പം ഉ≠ായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ്.

(7) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജി സ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം "ഇൻവാലി ഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ" ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.
