താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉള്ളിലോ അഥവാ L. A. Notifications and Declarations അവയോട് ചേർന്നോ സ്ഥിതി ചെയ്യുന്ന രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത KOLLAM DISTRICT

1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വേയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം നമ്പർ ഡി1-14/2012.

1. താഴെ പറയുന്ന പ്രദേശങ്ങളിലെ റീസർവ്വെ പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നതായി 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിരടയാളവും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ (1961-ലെ 37-ാം ആക്ട്) 13-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

2. പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 13 A വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ അനുസരിച്ച് ജില്ലാ കലക്ടറുടെ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരമോ 14-ാം വകുപ്പിലെ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ പ്രകാരം സിവിൽ കോടതിയുടെ ഡിക്രി മൂലമോ ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്ന റീസർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ഭേദഗതി ചെയ്യപ്പെടുന്നില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സർവ്വെ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ അതിൽ നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അതിരുകൾ ശരിയായി നിർണ്ണയിക്കുകയും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠െന്നതിന്റെ തർക്കമറ്റ തെളിവായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ഭൂമിയിൽ അവകാശം ഉ≠െന്ന് തേർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാളേയും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജന്റ ് മുഖേനയോ സ്ഥലത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വെയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും അതിരുകൾ കാണിച്ചു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിനും അതിനോട് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനും വേ≠ി അതാത് സമയം ആവശ്യപ്പെടുമ്പോൾ ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും വേ≠ി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6 (2) എന്ന വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഈ പരസ്യം താഴെ പറയുന്ന രേഖകളിൽ അവകാശബന്ധമുള്ള ഏതൊരാൾക്കുമുള്ള സാധുവായ നോട്ടീസായി കണക്കാക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.

പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കൈവശക്കാരും :—

(എ) സർവ്വേ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി നിർമ്മാർ÷നം ചെയ്യേ≠ ആവശ്യം ഉ≠ായേക്കാവുന്ന വല്ല മരങ്ങളോ, കുറ്റിക്കാടുകളോ, വേലികളോ, നിൽക്കുന്ന വിളകളോ അഥവാ സാരവത്തായ മറ്റു തടസ്സങ്ങളോ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം മുറിച്ചുകളയുകയോ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്ത് അതിരുകളോ മറ്റ് ലൈനുകളോ വെട്ടി വെടിപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും ;

(ബി) കൊടി പിടിക്കുന്നവരെയും, ചെയിൻമാൻമാരെയും നിയോഗിച്ച് അതാത് സമയം ആവശ്യമാ യേക്കാവുന്ന സമയത്തേക്കും കാലത്തേക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും;

(സി) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർവ്വേ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണ മെന്നും, മറ്റു പ്രകാരത്തിൽ പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റോ, അതുപ്രകാരമു≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാവുന്ന സഹായങ്ങൾ സർവ്വേയർക്ക് നൽകണമെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.

മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ (എ) മുതൽ (സി) വരെയുള്ള ഖfiങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഈ അഭ്യർ∞നകൾ അനുസരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ERNAKULAM DISTRICT

1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വേയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരമുള്ള പരസ്യം നമ്പർ എ5-421/2014.

താഴെ പറയുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വേ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമിയുടെ സർവ്വേ നടത്തണമെന്ന് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചി രിക്കുകയാൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ സർവ്വെ പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾ വേഗം തന്നെ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതാണെന്നും താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകൾ അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച് സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നും 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6-ാം വകുപ്പുപ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.

ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ജോലി കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊ≠് ചെയ്യിക്കുന്നതും ആയതിന്റെ ചെലവ് ആക്റ്റിലും അതുപ്രകാരം ഉ≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുപോലെ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തിയി ട്ടുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും വസൂലാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

NOTIFICATION

UNDER SECTION 6 OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES

ACT 1961

No. D1-8641/12. 13th March 2014.

Whereas, the Government have directed the survey of land comprised in Survey number noted below in Pannor Village, Thalassery Taluk, it is hereby notified under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that the Survey operation will be started in the village soon and the survey number of the Village noted below will be demarcated and surveyed;

and that every person claiming to be interested in the registered land situated within or adjoining the undermentioned land is hereby invited to attend immediately either in person or by agent on the surveyor employed in the locality and also from time to time when called upon for the purpose of pointing out the boundaries and supplying information in connection therewith.

Under sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the above said Act, this notification shall be held to be valid notice to every person having any interest in the under mentioned land.

(a) to clear within 15 days by cutting down or removing any trees, jungle, fences, standing crops or other material obstructions, the boundaries or other lines, the clearance of which may be necessary for the purpose of Survey; and

(b) to provide labour at such time and for such periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and the chainman; and (c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the Rules made thereunder.

If any person fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.
