Note.—(1) Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account : 0051 PSC-800- State PSC-99 other receipts). The duly filled in application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.gov.in) along with the original chalan receipt should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kozhikode, within 45 days from the date on which this ranked list is brought into force ie., on or before 5-12-2013. A copy of an answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of an answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so. The last date for receipt of applications is 5-12-2013. Applications received after the prescribed date will not be entertained.

(2) A period of forty five days time to apply for rechecking of Answer Scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The candidates can avail only one chance.

"Applications for rechecking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website/www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied therefrom.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered".

The application for rechecking, along with original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of ` 50 under the Head of Account "0051-PSC 105 State PSC 99-Examination fee", addressed to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kozhikode, should reach the office on or before 5-12-2013. Application for rechecking received after the stipulated time will not be entertained and fee once remitted will not be refunded.

The Ranked List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But rechecking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account, '0051-PSC-105 State PSC-99 Examination Fee' and original Chalan enclosed with the application. Applications for re-cheking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.gov..in or photocopied there from. The Original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is brought in to force. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection shall remit a fee of ` 200 by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account 0051-PSC- 800 State PSC-99 Other receipts). The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the original chalan should be submitted to The Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is brought in to force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR sheet invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for a copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid Applications for re-checking/photocopy of answer script addressed to the Deputy Secretary (Examinations-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/ photocopy of the answer script is 6-12-2013. Applications for re-checking/photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The photocopy of answer script the result of rechecking of the candidates who apply as per rules will be forwarded /intimated from this office. Entries put in the column for Community are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in this list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the Deputy Secretary (Examination-II), Kerala Public Service Commission, Pattom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram-695 004 within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. The following is the list of candidates for selection to the post of Vocational Teacher in Medical Laboratory Technician-(Rectt. of Physically Handicapped Candidates for 3% Backlog Vacancies—Belonging to Orthopaedic Lower Extremities & Low vision categories only) on ` 19240-34500 in the Kerala Vocational Higher Secondary Education Department (Category No. 231/2012), interviewed and found suitable by the Commission and arranged in the order of merit. This Ranked List is brought into force w.e.f. 28-10-2013.

The Ranked List is intended to make recruitment to the 3% backlog vacancies during the period from 1-1-2004 to 31-12-2007 earmarked for the various categories of PH groups as per the G. O (P) No. 7/2011/SWD dated 24-1-2011 and will remain in force for a maximum period of three years subject to the condition that the Ranked List will cease to exist as and when candidates are advised and appointed against the above mentioned vacancies. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR ) Test held on 13-1-2012 and the verification of original documents of candidates included in the Probability List published on 20-6-2013 for selection to the post of Copy Holder on ` 6080-9830 (PR) in Printing (Govt. Presses) Department in Palakkad District (Category No. 474/2010) arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked list is brought in to force with effect from 31-10-2013. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50 (Rupees fifty only). The fees should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the state by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee". The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account. The result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office. Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed format available free of cost from the Enquiry Section of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or photocopies therefrom. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. Candidates who wish to obtain a photocopy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A and Part B) relating to this selection shall remit the fee of ` 200 (Rupees Two hundred only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC-800-other receipts 99-other receipts". A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Copies of OMR answer sheets invalidated due to any defect will not be issued. Candidates are prohibited from applying for copy of answer sheet which is not their own and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Palakkad shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List has come into force (i.e., the date on which the Ranked List has been approved by the Commission). The last date for receipt of applications for re-checking/obtaining photocopy of the answer script is 16-12-2013. Applications for re-checking/ obtaining photocopy, received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

Entries put in column 5 (community) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

Letter 'P' should be prefixed to the Register Number to denote Palakkad District.

പരീക്ഷയുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരിന്റെ ക്രമത്തിൽ മാത്രമാണ് ഈ പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ഈ ക്രമീകരണം പ്രസ്തുത പരീക്ഷയുടെ റാങ്ക് ക്രമത്തെ (3) ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ികളുടെ അർഹതാ നിർണ്ണയവും ഇന്റർവ്യൂവും പിന്നീട് നടത്തുന്ന താണ്. ഇന്റർവ്യൂ തീയതി പിന്നീട് അറിയിക്കു ന്നതും ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിന് ഹാജരാകാൻ വ്യ‡ിഗത മെമ്മോ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

(4) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് പുനxപരിശോധനയ്ക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും ഒ. എം.ആർ. ഉത്തര കടലാസിന്റെ പകർപ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷകളും റാങ്ക് പട്ടിക പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച തിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ പരിഗണിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.

(5) ഉത്തരക്കടലാസ് അസാധുവാക്കപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ അടങ്ങുന്ന വി⁄ാപനം 'ഇൻവാലിഡേറ്റഡ് നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ' ഇതോടൊപ്പം പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടു≠്.

കുറിപ്പ.്—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചി ട്ടുള്ളത്. ചുരുക്കപ്പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

The following is the list of candidates found suitable by the Commission on the basis of the result of the Objective Type (OMR) Test held on 2-1-2010 and Practical Test held from 8-10-2012 to 12-10-2012 for selection to the post of Driver Grade-II (HDV) (Category No. 256/2008) Direct Recruitment on ` 4990-7990 (PR) in Various Departments in Kannur District and arranged in the order of merit. The Unified Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 21-10-2013.

The Unified Ranked List will remain in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.

The entries put in column 10 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kannur within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of Answer Script is not allowed. But re-checking of marks will be done on payment of ` 50. The fee should be remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the head of account "0051 PSC-105-State PSC-99 Examination Fee" and original Chalan enclosed with the application. Application for Re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various Offices of the Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website: www.keralapsc.gov.in or photocopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered. The original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District Office, Kannur within 45 days from the date on which this Ranked List is brought into force. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Candidates who wish to obtain the Photo copy of their OMR answer sheet (Part A & Part B) relating to this selection should remit the prescribed fee of ` 200 (Rupees two hundred only) by way of chalan in any of the Treasuries in the State (Head of Account "0051-PSC-800 State PSC-99 other receipt". The duly filled up application in the prescribed form (available from the Commission's Website) along with the Original Chalan should be submitted to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kannur within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. A copy of the answer sheet will be issued only once to a candidate. Candidates are prohibited from applying copy of an answer sheet which is not their own, and legal proceedings will be initiated against those who do so.

Valid applications for rechecking/photocopy of answer script addressed to the District Officer, K. P. S. C. District Office, Kannur-2 shall reach this office within 45 days from the date on which the Ranked List is brought into force. The last date for receipt of applications for rechecking/photocopy of answer script is 4-12-2013. Applications for rechecking/ photocopy received after the prescribed time limit and not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.

The following is the Probabiliy List containing the Register Numbers of candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be included in the Rank List, subject to the verfication of the Original documents, for selection to the post of Plumber (Category No. 68/2011) in Health Services Department in Kannur District on ` 5250-8390 on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 27-12-2012.

The Register Numbers are arranged in their numerical sequence and the arrangement does not in any way, indicate their respective rank on the basis of the said test.
