I do hereby certify in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 7 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Act 21 of 1969) that the following Society, the particulars which is furnished in the Categorical Statement is registered by me today as a Co-operative Society under the said Act, on the basis of limited liability and that the bye-laws of the undermentioned Society is also hereby registered under the said section.

6. Main Object—To undertake business activities and raising of funds from members to lend to its members for non-agricultural purposes.
