തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ കോടതിയിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചു വന്നിരുന്നതും കാലപ്പഴക്കം ചെന്നതുമായ ചുവടെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ഒരു അംബാസിഡർ കാർ ലേല/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ വ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ വാങ്ങുന്നതിന് താല്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിർമ്മിച്ച വർഷം—1995.

മതിപ്പുവില—` 32,000 (പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് നി›യിച്ചത്).

ക്വട്ടേഷൻ നൽകുന്നവർ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ മുദ്രവച്ച കവറിൽ 7-6-2014, 3 മണിക്ക് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ജില്ലാ കോടതിയിൽ വച്ച് ടി വാഹനം ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥലത്തും അവസ്ഥയിലും ലേലം വിളി നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലം വിളി തീർന്നാൽ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ കിട്ടിയ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത കരാറിന് പ്രത്യേകം ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തയ്യാറാക്കി ` 500 നിരതദ്രവ്യം വയ്ക്കേ≠തും കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ" എന്ന് വ്യ‡മാക്കിയിരിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും പ്രവൃത്തി സമയങ്ങളിലും ടി വാഹനം ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

ലേല/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും പൂർണ്ണമായും നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിയിലോ ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതിന് ചുമതലപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിലോ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

ലേല/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ കിട്ടിയ ആൾ ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടൻമുഴുവൻ തുകയും സെയിൽ ടാക്സ് അടക്കം ജില്ലാ കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠തും ക്വട്ടേഷനോടൊപ്പം ` 500 നിരതദ്രവ്യ ത്തോടുകൂടി ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ പേരിൽ നൽകേ≠തുമാണ്. ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ ഉറപ്പിച്ച് ഉത്തരവ് നൽകിക്കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇങ്ങനെ മുദ്രവച്ച ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിക്കേ≠ ഒരാഴ്ചയ്ക്കകം വാഹനം ഏറ്റെടുത്തുകൊ≠ു പോകേ≠താണ്. അവസാന തീയതി 6-6-2014, 3 മണി. 56 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം നിരതദ്രവ്യം SCHEDULE ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനത്തിന് പുനർലേല/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ

ടി വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ലേല/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകളും മറ്റു കാര്യങ്ങളും സംബന്ധിച്ച് ജില്ലാ ജഡ്ജിയുടെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമവും നിയമപരമായി ബാദ്ധ്യതപ്പെട്ടതുമായിരിക്കും.
