(HLO)/15/2014. 2014 മേയ് 5. ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജരുടെ 1-1-2014-ാം തീയതിയിലെ ജി/5742/13-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം ആലപ്പുഴ ജില്ലയിലെ ചേർത്തല താലൂക്കിൽ S IND (A) 91-ാം നമ്പർ കുത്തിയതോട് ഗ്രാമ വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവാകുകയും ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജൂനിയർ കോ-ഓപ്പറേറ്റീവ് ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ (HLO) ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ ചുമതല ഏറ്റെടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടു≠്. ടി സംഘത്തിൽനിന്ന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും കിട്ടുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധ പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.
നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവിധ ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരേയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

CLAIM NOTICE
No. CHICOPS/LIQ/2013-14. 5th May 2014.
Whereas the affairs of the Co-operative Sugars Ltd. No. 4322, Chittur, Menonpara, Palakkad District have been order to be wound up and the undersigned has been appointed as the Liquidator as per the Proceedings No. HC.C3/484/2009 dated 17-10-2013 of the Director of Industries & Commerce, Thiruvananthapuram and whereas the Liquidator has taken over charge of the assets and liabilities of the society on 31-3-2014. Notice is hereby given that all claims against the society shall be preferred to the undersigned in person or, through authorized agents within two months from the date of publication of this notice. Any claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.
