വിഷയം:—ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില—അപാകത പരിഹരിച്ച് പുനർനിർണ്ണയം നടത്തി ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

സൂചന:—1. കേരള മുദ്രപത്ര നിയമം 1959 സെക്ഷൻ 28എ, ചട്ടം 5 (4).

2. കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ കളക്ടറുടെ 14-2-2013-ാം തീയതിയിലെ എം1-38492/12-ാം നമ്പർ നിർദ്ദേശം.

3. ശ്രീമതി പുഷ്പവല്ലി, ശ്രീ. സുനിൽ എന്നിവർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷ.

4. നെടുമ്പന വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറുടെ 185/14, നീ≠കര വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറുടെ 139/14 നമ്പർ റിപ്പോർട്ടുകൾ.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളി∑േൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും, സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വിലചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ചുകൊ≠് 6-3-2010-ൽ വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യപ്പെട്ട ന്യായവിലയിൽ വന്നുചേർന്ന അപാകതകൾ പരിഹരിച്ച് ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരം അംഗീകരിച്ച് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശവസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തുവന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

Whereas, it is expedient to publish the fair value of land as required under Section 28A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959, read with sub-rule (7) of rule 3 and rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995;
