ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിൽ ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്ന ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ ് കാർ 1995 മോഡൽ ഗഘ10ഇ 9383 അംബാസിഡർ കാർ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതിനായി കോടതി പരിസരത്ത് വെച്ച് ലേലം ചെയ്തു കൊടുക്കുന്നതിന് മത്സരസ്വഭാവമുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

താൽപര്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ` 2,000 നിരതദ്രവ്യം ആയി സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും 'ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ്, മഞ്ചേരി' എന്ന അഡ്രസ്സിൽ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. യാതൊരു പ്രത്യേക കാരണവും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസുകൾ റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനും ലേല നടപടികൾ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം മഞ്ചേരി ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ അഞ്ചു ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി തുക ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് കാർ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ കൊ≠ുപോകേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് മഞ്ചേരിയിലുള്ള ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 11 മണിക്കും 3 മണിക്കും ഇടയിൽ നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ചെക്ക്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ദർഘാസിന്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ഓഫീസിന് അവധി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്ത് ലേല നടപടികൾ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ലേലതുകയാണോ ദർഘാസ് തുകയാണോ ഏതാണോ കൂടുതൽ അത് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ
