Whereas, it is expedient to publish a notification showing revised value of land as required under Section 28 A of Kerala Stamp Act, 1959, read with sub-rule (8) of Rule 5 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation of Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1955, the fair value of land in Kollam District is hereby fixed finally as shown in the Schedule hereto:

2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽ വന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ താഴെ പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട്് സെക്ഷൻ 28എ പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ചുകൊ≠് സർക്കാർ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച 6-3-2010-ലെ വി⁄ാപനത്തിൽ 3-ാം സൂചനയിൽ പേര് ചേർത്തിട്ടുള്ളവരുടെ കൈവശ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്തു വന്നിട്ടുള്ളത് പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിനായി അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകളിൻമേൽ സൂചന (4) പ്രകാരം റിപ്പോർട്ട് സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ടി റിപ്പോർട്ടുകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും സൂചന (2) പ്രകാരമുള്ള നിർദ്ദേശത്തിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും രേഖകൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ശരിയായ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ ചേർത്തും അവയ്ക്കനുസൃതമായ വിലചേർത്തും വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യേ≠ത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെട്ടതിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ചുവടെ ചേർക്കുംവിധം ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
