Proclamation of the purchase of land

Where as Sri Abdul Jaleel s/o Kurunian Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District has purchased for ` 17,50,000 the immovable property specified below at the sale held in Public Auction on 27th day of March 2013 for recovery of sale tax arreas from Sri Kurunian Kunjalankutty (late) s/o Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District and where as the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirur has confirmed the sale in his order No. D. Dis. 8977/13/H dated 7-2-2014 under section 54 of the Kerala Revenue Recovery Act 1968, it is here by declared under sub section 1 of section 57 of the said Act that the said Sri Abdul Jaleel s/o Kurunian Kunjaramu is the lawful successor to all the rights of the formed land holder in the said immovable property.

It is hereby publicaly notified for general information that Sri Abdul Jaleel s/o Kurunian Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District has purchased on 27th day of March 2013 at public auction the land 2/11 share interest of the defaulter out of 76 cent in Survey No. 292/3, 292/6 Mattathur Amsom, Mattathur Desom Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District sold for arrears of sale tax dues from Sri Kurunian Kunjalankutty (late) s/o Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District. The land holder and that the land will be registered in the name of Sri Abdul Jaleel, s/o Kurunian Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village. It is there for declared that Sri Abdul Jaleel s/o Kurunian Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, Malappuram District has succeeded to all the rights of Sri Kurunian Kunjalankutty (late) s/o Kunjaramu, Kurunian House, Othukkungal Village, Tirurangadi Taluk, over the afore said land.
