Present : Sri V. Bhaskaran, District Judge Sub:—Estt. District Court, Kozhikode—Printing of Sessions Judgments of the Sessions Courts and Assistant Sessions Courts in Kozhikode Division, Agreement with Sri Muraleedharan, K. K.—Period Extended —Orders—issued.

Read:—(1) Order No. A3-2414/2010 dated 18-6-2010 of the District & Sessions Judge, Kozhikode.

(2) Order No. A3-6484/2013 dated 18-6-2013 of the District & Sessions Judge, Kozhikode.

(3) Representation put in by Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Front Line, Kozhikode.

Kozhikode, Special Additional Sessions Court (Marad Cases), Kozhikode and Assistant Sessions Courts, Kozhikode, Vatakara and Koyilandy. The printing charge was fixed at the rate of ` 17.50 (Seventeen Rupees and Fifty Paise only) for every 175 words completed upto 14 copies and for each additional copies over and above the 14 copies at 1/8 of normal printing charges per copy subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement executed by him. Thereafter, the period of printing of Sessions Cases was extended for a further period of one year w.e.f. 18-6-2013 as per the request of Sri Muraleedharan, K. K.

Now, Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line has submitted a representation before this court for extension of time for printing of sessions case judgments for a further period of one year with effect from 18-6-2014 since the period of agreement is expired on 18-6-2014.

Order No. A3-7012/2014, 18th June 2014.

In the above circumstances, the period of printing of sessions case judgments granted to Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode is hereby extended for a further period of one year with effect from 18-6-2014 subject to the terms and conditions laid down in the agreement already executed by him. Sri Muraleedharan, K. K., Proprietor, Front Line, Kozhikode-673 002, was appointed as Printer under rule 93 of Criminal Rules of Practice Kerala, 1982 for a period of three years with effect from 18-6-2010 for the purpose of printing sessions case judgements of Sessions Court, (Sd.) ഈരാറ്റുപേട്ട ജുഡീഷ്യൽ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ് മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ തീർപ്പായിട്ടുള്ള ക്രിമിനൽ കേസുകളിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട് വിവിധ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷൻ പരിസരങ്ങളിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചുവരുന്ന താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന മോട്ടോർ വാഹനങ്ങൾ ലേലം ചെയ്ത് മുതൽ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുവാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഏതെങ്കിലും തരത്തിലുള്ള അവകാശം ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ അത് തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകൾ സഹിതം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം കോടതി മുമ്പാകെ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ് എന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിക്കുന്നു. അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം ഇനിയൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് ഇല്ലാതെ ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ പരസ്യ ലേലം നടത്തി സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
