കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി പോലീസ് ജില്ലയുടെ കീഴിൽ വരുന്ന വിവിധ പോലീസ് സ്റ്റേഷനുകളിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പിടിച്ചെടുത്തതും/ അവകാശികൾ ഇല്ലാത്തതുമായ (Unclaimed) 72 വാഹനങ്ങൾ കേരള പോലീസ് ആŒ് 2011, 55 ആന്റ ് 56 വകുപ്പുകൾ പ്രകാരം താഴെ പറയുന്ന സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽവച്ച് 2014 ജൂലൈ 29 മുതൽ ആഗസ്റ്റ് 5 വരെയുള്ള ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പരസ്യമായി ലേലം ചെയ്തു വിൽക്കുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാകേ≠തും ലേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ മുൻപായി നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലത്തിന് ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ മുൻപാകെ അടക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ടി വാഹനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുവാൻ ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നവർ മുൻകൂട്ടി സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ നേരിട്ടോ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗമോ 27-7-2014-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി കൊച്ചി ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിക്ക് കിട്ടത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ നിരക്കിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ദേശസാൽകൃത ബാങ്കിൽനിന്നും കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിയുടെ പേരിൽ വാങ്ങിയ ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് അടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "...............രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ നമ്പരുള്ള വാഹനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. ലേലം അവസാനിച്ച ഉടൻ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിനും ലേലത്തിലോ ദർഘാസിലോ കൂടുതൽ തുക കാണുന്നയാൾക്ക് വിൽപ്പന താൽക്കാലികമായി ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻതന്നെ ലേലതുകയുടെ പകുതി ലേല സ്ഥലത്തുവെച്ചു അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ചാൽ ഉടൻ (നിരതദ്രവ്യം കഴിച്ചുള്ള) ബാക്കി തുകയും മുഴുവൻ തുകയുടെ നികുതിയും അടച്ച് സ്വന്തം ചിലവിൽ വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠തുമാകുന്നു.
ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലസ്ഥലത്തുവച്ചുതന്നെ തിരികെ കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്.

22nd JULY 2014] POLICE DEPARTMENT 88ലേലം കൊ≠യാൾ ഈ നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിച്ചാൽ ടിയാന്റെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർ ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമാണ്. അതുമൂലം സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ അത് ആദ്യം ലേലം കൊ≠യാളിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ടിയാൻ ആയതിനു അർഹനല്ലാത്തതുമായിരിക്കും.
ലേലം ചെയ്യാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ച വാഹനങ്ങൾ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട സ്റ്റേഷനിലെ സ്റ്റേഷൻ ഹൗസ് ഓഫീസർമാരുടെ അനുമതിയോടുകൂടി ഓഫീസ് സമയത്ത് (രാവിലെ 10 മുതൽ വൈകിട്ട് 5 വരെ) പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനോ ഉള്ള അധികാരം കൊച്ചി സിറ്റി ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവിയിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of Toners and replacing of drums for the 55 numbers of computer laser jet printers (model HP 1007, 1505 and Canon) available in the Police Stations/Offices/Units in Wayanad District to be refilled on demand at the respective Police Stations/Units/Offices for the period upto 31-7-2015. Envelope containing tenders should be superscribed "Tender for refilling toners and replacing drums of laser Jet Printers of Wayanad Police Unit" and addressed to the District Police Chief, Puthoorvayal, Wayanad. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 30-7-2014 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time. Date and time of closing the issue of tender forms will be on 29-7-2014 at 4 p.m. Last date and time of receipt of tender is 29-7-2014 at 5 p.m.
Intending tenderers may submit their applications to the District Police Chief, Wayanad, Puthoorvayal and obtain the requiste tender form in which the tender should be submitted. Applications for the tender forms should be accompanied by a receipt of cash remittance of ` 675 (including VAT) remitted at District Police Office, Wayanad and the said amount is not refundable at any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable.
Cheque/Draft/Postal Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms and the tender forms will not be send by V. P. P. either Duplicate tender form if required will be issued @ ` 338 (including VAT) per copy. Rates are to be firm and unchangeable upto 31-7-2015.
CONDITIONS
1. Every tenderer should remit 1% as EMD i.e. ` 3,000 in favour of "District Police Chief, Wayanad either through DD or cash at this office.
2. The tenderer should enclose an agreement as described in tender forms in Stamp Paper worth ` 50.
3. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in Stamp Paper worth ` 50 and deposit 5% value of contract as security deposit.
Further details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during office hours. The District Police Chief, Wayanad shall have the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason.
