താഴെപറയുന്ന താലൂക്കിലെ താഴെപറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിലെ താഴെപറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ നടത്തണമെന്ന് തിരൂർ അഡീഷണൽ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ ബി6-15047/11-ാം നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചി രിക്കുകയാൽ താഴെപറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പർ അതിർത്തി തിരിച്ച് സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നും സബ് ഡിവിഷൻ നടപടികൾ കൈക്കൊള്ളുന്നതാണെന്നും 1961-ലെ കേരള സർവ്വെയും അതിർത്തിയും സംബന്ധിച്ച ആക്ടിലെ 6(1)-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഇതിനാൽ പരസ്യം ചെയ്യുന്നു.
താഴെപറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയുടെ ഉള്ളിലോ അഥവാ അവയോട് ചേർന്നോ സ്ഥിതിചെയ്യുന്ന ഭൂമികളിൽ അവകാശമു≠െന്ന് തേർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്ന ഏതൊരാളോടും നേരിട്ടോ ഏജന്റ ് മുഖേനയോ സ്ഥലത്ത് ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്ന സർവ്വെയറുടെ അടുത്ത് ഹാജരാകുന്നതിനും വേ≠ി ഇതിനാൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടിലെ 6 (2) എന്ന വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം ഈ പരസ്യം താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഭൂമിയിൽ അവകാശബന്ധമുള്ള ഏതൊരാൾക്കുമുള്ള സാധുവായ നോട്ടീസായി കണക്കാക്ക പ്പെടുന്നതാണ്.
പ്രസ്തുത ആക്റ്റിലെ 6 (3) എന്ന വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്ത എല്ലാ കൈവശക്കാരും:—
(എ) സർവ്വെ ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുവേ≠ി നിർമ്മാർ÷നം ചെയ്യേ≠ ആവശ്യമു≠ായേക്കാവുന്ന വല്ല മരങ്ങളോ കുറ്റിക്കാടുകളോ വേലികളോ നിൽക്കുന്ന വിളകളോ അഥവാ സാരവത്തായ മറ്റ് തടസ്സങ്ങളോ 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം മുറിച്ചു കളയുകയോ നീക്കം ചെയ്യുകയോ ചെയ്ത് അതിരുകളോ മറ്റ് ലൈനുകളോ വെടിപ്പാക്കണമെന്നും;
(ബി) കൊടിപിടിക്കുന്നവരെയും ചെയിൻമാൻമാരേയും നിയോഗിച്ച് അതത് സമയം ആവശ്യമായേ ക്കാവുന്ന സമയത്തേക്കും കാലത്തേക്കും തൊഴിലാളികളെ ഏർപ്പെടുത്തണമെന്നും;
(സി) അനുയോജ്യമായ സർവ്വെ അടയാളങ്ങൾ നൽകണമെന്നും മറ്റ് പ്രകാരത്തിൽ പ്രസ്തുത ആക്ടോ അതുപ്രകാരം ഉ≠ായിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളോ അനുസരിച്ച് ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടേക്കാവുന്ന സഹായങ്ങൾ സർവ്വെയർക്ക് നൽകണമെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ (എ) മുതൽ (സി) വരെയുള്ള ഖണ്ഡങ്ങൾ പ്രകാരമുള്ള ഈ അഭ്യർ∞നകൾ അനുസരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ആരെങ്കിലും വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ജോലി കൂലിപ്പണിക്കാരെക്കൊ≠് ചെയ്യിപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ആയതിന്റെ ചെലവ് ആക്ടിലും അതുപ്രകാരമു≠ാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ചട്ടങ്ങളിലും വ്യവസ്ഥ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളതുപോലെ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും വസൂലാക്കാവുന്നതുമാണ്.

വയനാട് ജില്ലയിലെ മാനന്തവാടി താലൂക്കിൽ താഴെ പറയുന്ന വില്ലേജിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടുവരുന്ന എല്ലാ ലാന്റ ് ഹോൾഡർമാരുടെയും ഭൂമിയുടെ അതിർത്തികൾ തിട്ടപ്പെടു ത്തുകയും പേര്, വിസ്തീർണ്ണം എന്നിവ തീരുമാനിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള റീസർവ്വേ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ വെള്ളമു≠ വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ലാന്റ ് ഹോൾഡർമാരുടെ അറിവിലേക്കായി വച്ചിട്ടു≠്. ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ലാന്റ ് ഹോൾഡർമാർക്ക് ഈ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ അതിനു ചുമതല പ്പെടുത്തിയ സർവ്വെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ പരിശോധി ക്കാവുന്നതും അതി∑േലുള്ള അപ്പീലുകൾ ഈ പരസ്യം പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം വയനാട് റീസർവ്വേ അസിസ്റ്റന്റ ് ഡയറക്ടർക്ക് നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരം റിക്കാർഡുകൾ പരിശോധിക്കുവാൻ പോകുന്നവർ അവർക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമിയി∑േലുള്ള അവകാശം കാണിക്കുന്ന റിക്കാർഡുകൾ ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ആയതും കൂടെ കൊ≠ുപോകേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത ദിവസത്തിനകം റിക്കാർഡുകൾ പരിശോധിച്ച് അപ്പീൽ സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം റീസർവ്വേ റിക്കാർഡുകളിൽ കാണിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ലാന്റ ് ഹോൾഡർ മാരുടെ പേര്, ഭൂമിയുടെ അതിര്, വിസ്തീർണ്ണം എന്നിവ അന്തിമമായി പരിഗണിച്ച് സർവ്വേ അതിരടയാള നിയമം 13-ാം വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള ഫൈനൽ നോട്ടിഫിക്കേഷൻ പരസ്യ പ്പെടുത്തുന്നതാണ്. സർവ്വേ സമയത്ത് തർക്കം ഉന്നയിച്ച് തീരുമാനമെടുത്ത സർവ്വേ അതിരടയാള നിയമം 10-ാം വകുപ്പ് 2-ാം ഉപവകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള തീരുമാനം അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ലാന്റ ് ഹോൾഡർമാർക്ക് ഈ അറിയിപ്പ് ബാധകമല്ല.
