ഇടുക്കി-പൈനാവ് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജിൽ ഓപ്പൺ ഓഡിറ്റോറിയം നിർമ്മിക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകളുടെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, ദർഘാസിന്റെ പേര്, ദർഘാസിന്റെ അവസാന തീയതി എന്നിവയോടുകൂടി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, പൈനാവ്, ഇടുക്കി, പിൻ-685 603 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ—05/2014 (പി1/2592/2014).

പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേര്—ഓപ്പൺ ഓഡിറ്റോറിയം നിർമ്മാണം.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—6-8-2014, 3 മണി.

ഒറിജിനൽ ദർഘാസുകളുടെ വില ` 400 + 5% വാറ്റ് ആയിരിക്കും. തപാൽവഴി ലഭിക്കാൻ ` 50 അധികം അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. അപൂർണ്ണവും വൈകിക്കിട്ടിയതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

ദർഘാസുകൾ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ` 100-ന്റെ കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉടമ്പടിയും ദർഘാസിന്റെ കൂടെ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. സംസ്ഥാനത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് വിലയ്ക്കുപുറമെ കേരള സർക്കാരിന്റെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രസമയവും—6-8-2014, 1 മണി. വിലയായ ` 100 കൂടി അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 6-8-2014 പകൽ 1 മണിവരെ നേരിട്ടും 25-7-2014 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെ മണിയോർഡർ അയച്ചാൽ തപാൽ വഴിയും താഴെ ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സമയവും—6-8-2014, 2 മണി. 29th JULY 2014] EDUCATION DEPARTMENT 38 No. P1/2592/2014. 7th July 2014. Cost of the tender form is ` 400 + VAT @ 5% by cash for original and additional of ` 50 for postage. Belated tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representative who may be present at that time. Cheques/Drafts/Postal Orders are not acceptable. The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1% of the total cost of the items offered will be rejected. Outside firms, who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of ` 100 along with cost of tender form. The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned upto 1 p. m. on 6-8-2014 by cash and by money order upto 3 p. m. on 25-7-2014.
