ലേല/ദർഘാസ് പരസ്യം

തിരുവനന്തപുരം പേരൂർക്കട എസ്.എ.പി. ക്യാമ്പിലെ ബറ്റാലിയൻ സ്റ്റോറിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും പോലീസ് വകുപ്പിന് ആവശ്യമില്ലാത്തതുമായ വിവിധയിനം വസ്തുവകകൾ 2014 ആഗസ്റ്റ് മാസം 23-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് എസ്.എ.പി. ക്യാമ്പ് പരിസരത്തുവച്ച് പരസ്യമായി ലേല/ദർഘാസുവഴി വിൽപ്പന നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിലോ ദർഘാസിലോ കാണുന്ന കൂടുതൽ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻതന്നെ ലേല/ദർഘാസ് തുകയുടെ പകുതി സംഖ്യയും നിയമാനുസൃതമായ നികുതിയും (വാറ്റ് 4% വച്ച്, വാറ്റിൽ മേൽ 1 % സെസ്സ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ) നിരതദ്രവ്യം കഴിച്ചുള്ള തുക ലേലസ്ഥലത്തുതന്നെ അടയ്ക്കേ≠തും ബാക്കി തുകയും നികുതിയും ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഉത്തരവ് ലഭിച്ച് 10 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ എസ്.എ.പി. ബറ്റാലിയൻ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് ലേലസാധനങ്ങൾ സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠ താണ്. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്ത മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും സാധനങ്ങൾ പുനർലേലം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും. പുനർ ലേലത്തിൽ സർക്കാരിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് മുൻലേലക്കാരൻ ഉത്തരവാദിയാകുന്നതും ആയത് ടിയാനിൽ നിന്ന് ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. എന്നാൽ പുനർലേലത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ തുക ലഭിച്ചാൽ ആയതിന് ടിയാൻ അർഹനായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ടി സാധന ങ്ങൾക്ക് നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിരതദ്രവ്യ തുകയായ ` 3,095 ലേല ദിവസം രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്കുമുൻപ് ലേലസ്ഥലത്ത് അടച്ച് രസീത് വാങ്ങേ≠തും കൃത്യ സമയത്ത് ലേല സ്ഥലത്ത് ഹാജരാകേ≠തുമാണ്. സീൽചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ നിരതദ്രവ്യം എസ്.എ.പി. ബറ്റാലിയൻ ഓഫീസിൽ അടച്ച് രസീതടക്കം കമാ≠ന്റ ്, എസ്.എ.പി. തിരുവനന്തപുരം-5 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 22-8-2014 വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിക്കുമുൻപ് എസ്.എ.പി. ബറ്റാലിയൻ ഓഫീസിൽ കിട്ടത്തക്ക വണ്ണം അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. കവറിനുപുറത്ത് 'ബറ്റാലിയൻ സ്റ്റോറിൽ സൂക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ഉപയോഗശൂന്യമായ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ലേലത്തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്' എന്ന് വ്യ‡മായി രേഖപ്പെടു ത്തേ≠താണ്. 100 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III

ടി സാധനങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10.15 മണിമുതൽ മുതൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 5.15 മണിവരെയുള്ള സമയത്ത് ക്യാമ്പിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ അനുമതിയോടെ പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ ലേലം മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കു ന്നതിനും അസ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം എസ്. എ. പി. കമാ≠ന്റിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

RE- TENDER NOTICE

[No. 1/2014-15]

No. E1/22745/2014/ CC. 5th July 2014.

Sealed tenders are invited for the regular refilling of Toners for the 54 numbers of Computer Laser Jet Printers [Model- HP 2015, 3052 (all in one).1020,1007 & Canon] available in the Police Stations/Offices in the Kozhikode City Police unit to be refilled on demand at the respective Police Stations/Offices for the period up to 31-3-2015.

Envelope containing tenders should be superscribed "Tender for refilling Toners of Computer Laser Jet printers of Kozhikode City Police" with Tender No. and address to the District Police Chief, District Police Office, Mananchira, Kozhikode -01. The tenders will be opened on 23-8-2014, 11 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized persons who may be present at that time.

Interesting tenderers may submit their applications before the District Police Chief, Kozhikode City, Mananchira, Kozhikode-01 and obtain the requisite tender from in which the tender should be submitted. Applications for the tender forms should be accompanied by receipt for cash remittance of ` 675 (including VAT) at the City Police Office, Kozhikode and the said amount is not refundable. Date and time of closing the issue of tender forms will be on 20-8-2014, 4 p.m. Cheque/DD/ Postal Order and Postage Stamps will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, and the tender forms will not be sent by VPP either. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at ` 338 (including VAT) per copy.

CONDITIONS

1. Every tender should be remit 1% as EMD i.e. ` 3,000 infavour of "District Police Chief, Kozhikode" either through DD or cash remittance at this office.

2. Tender should enclose an agreement as described in tender forms in stamp paper worth ` 50.

3. The successful tenderers should sign an agreement in stamp paper worth ` 50 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit.

Further details can be obtained from the office of the undersigned during the office hours. The District Police Chief, Kozhikode shall have the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason.
