വിഷയം :—ഭൂമിയുടെ ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം—വിജ്ഞാപനത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ വില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് വി⁄ാപനം ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്ക് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.
സൂചന :—(1) കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്ര നിയമം 1959, സെക്ഷൻ 28എ (ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയം).

2010 മാർച്ച് മാസം 6-ാം തീയതിയിലെ അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് വി⁄ാപനപ്രകാരം നിലവിൽവന്ന ന്യായവില രജിസ്റ്ററിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാതെപോയ, താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന സർവ്വെ നമ്പരിൽപ്പെട്ട വസ്തുവിന് സൂചന റിപ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കേരള സ്റ്റാമ്പ് ആക്ട് സെക്ഷൻ 28 എ പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നിർണ്ണയിച്ച് ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു.

2014 ജൂലൈ 10. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട എടവിലങ്ങ്, പെരിഞ്ഞനം, പൊയ്യ, പുല്ലൂറ്റ് എന്നീ വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യ ഭൂമി "സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി" എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കാൻ വിട്ടുപോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ കൊടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ അഡീഷണൽ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

2014 ജൂലൈ 11. 6-3-2010-ാം തീയതിയിലെ 515-ാം നമ്പർ കേരള അസാധാരണ ഗസറ്റ് പ്രകാരം തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലയിലെ മുകുന്ദപുരം താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഭൂമികളുടെ ന്യായവില സർക്കാർ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. എന്നാൽ ടി താലൂക്കിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട എടത്തിരിഞ്ഞി, പടിയൂർ, പൂമംഗലം, തൊട്ടിപ്പാൾ എന്നീ വില്ലേജുകളിലെ ഏതാനും സർവ്വെ നമ്പരുകളിൽപ്പെട്ട സ്വകാര്യ ഭൂമി "സർക്കാർ ഭൂമി" എന്ന് തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില സർവ്വെ/സബ് ഡിവിഷനുകൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കാൻ വിട്ടു പോയിട്ടുള്ളതും ചില വസ്തുക്കളുടെ ക്ലാസിഫിക്കേഷൻ തെറ്റായി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി വില നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. ഇപ്രകാരമുള്ള ഭൂമികൾക്ക് ന്യായവില നി›യിക്കുന്നതിന് ഭൂമിയുടെ കൈവശക്കാർ സമർപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയിൻമേൽ മുകുന്ദപുരം അഡീഷണൽ തഹശീൽദാരുടെ അന്വേഷണ റിപ്പോർട്ട് പ്രകാരം ന്യായവില നി›യിച്ച് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും ഉത്തരവായിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്.

Whereas, it is expedient to publish the Fair Value of Land as required under Section 28 A of the Kerala Stamp Act, 1959, read with Rule 4 of the Kerala Stamp (Fixation for Fair Value of Land) Rules, 1995;
