In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-rule (2) of Rule 2 Chapter V of the Kerala Education Rules, the Director of Public Instruction hereby publishes the preliminary list of area where the existing Lower Primary Schools are to be upgraded during the year 2014 as given 1. Objections which are not accompanied by such chalan for ` 10 (Rupees ten only) will be summarily rejected.
