Vide reference cited above Sri Dharmaraj, Senior/Junior Co-operative Inspector, (HL) Avanakuzhy Circle was appointed as the liquidator of M/s. Sree Shirdisai Vanitha HWCS T. 687. Now he has been transferred from that office. Hence this order.

In the above circumstances stated above, I in exercise of powers conferred on me under Section 71 (2) of the KCS Act 1969 do hereby Order the winding up of the affairs of in the Industrial & Handloom Co-operative, Societies in Chirayinkeezhz Circle and authorise Sri Prabhu, T. Junior Co-operative Inspector (Industries, Chirayinkeezhu Circle) as Liquidator. He will take charge of the assets and records of the society immediately and report the date of taking charge of the society and periodical report on the process of the work will be forwarded promptly.

Jayakumar, Industries Inspector, Nedumangad Circle was appointed liquidator of Industrial Co-operative Societies in Nedumangad. In the above proceedings, the designation of Sri S. Jayakumar who is a Senior Co-operative Inspector has been given as Junior C o - o p e r a t i v e I n s p e c t o r. T h e d e s i g n a t i o n o f Sri S. Jayakumar has to be corrected. Hence this order.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, Sri S. Jayakumar, Senior Co-operative Inspector, Nedumangad Circle is hereby appointed liquidator of Industrial Co-operative Societies in Nedumangadu, the list of which is enclosed herewith.

Sri S. Jayakumar, will take charge of the assets and records of the societies and report periodically on the progress of the work.

പ്രസ്തുത സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്നും ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും കിട്ടുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആ വിവരം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരുവിധ ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ലായെന്നും ഇതിനാൽ ഏവരേയും അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
