UNDER SECTION 9 (2) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

Ref. G3-8721/2005, G3-12573/12. 22nd July 2014.

The subjoined statement is an extract from the survey field registers giving particulars of the land registered and surveyed in the name of concerned.

Appeal if any against the survey should be presented within 3 months from the date of publication of this notice to the Officer in-charge of the survey whose Headquarters are at Tirurangadi.

Field maps may be obtained on an application and on payment of the fees prescribed from time to time.

Under sub-section (2) of the Section 6 of the above said Act, this notification shall be held to be a valid notice to every person having any interest in the under mentioned land.

Under sub-section (3) of the Section 6 of the above said Act, all the registered holders are hereby required:—

UNDER SECTION 6 (1) OF THE KERALA SURVEY AND BOUNDARIES ACT, 1961

Whereas, the Government have directed the survey of land comprised in survey numbers noted below, it is hereby notified under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act, 1961, that the survey periods as may from time to time be required by furnishing flag holders and chainman;

and

(c) to provide suitable survey marks and otherwise to give such assistance in the survey as may be demanded under the said Act or the Rules made thereunder.

If any persons fails to comply with these requisitions under clauses (a) to (c) mentioned above, the work will be got done by employing hired labour and the cost thereof will be recovered from the defaulters as provided in the Act and Rules made thereunder.

NOTIFICATIONS
