തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ നാല് ലിഫ്റ്റുകൾക്ക് എ.എം.സി.

ഏർപ്പെടുത്തുവാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽനിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറ ത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ഉദ്ദേശ വില—` ഒരു ലക്ഷം

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (വാറ്റ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ):

അസ്സൽ—` 420.

പകർപ്പ്്—` 210.

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—26-8-2014 മുതൽ 25-9-2014 വരെ (രാവിലെ 10.30 മുതൽ 2 മണിവരെ.)

ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—

27-9-2014, 2 മണിവരെ.

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും—

27-9-2014, 3 മണി.

31-3-2015 വരെ നിരക്ക് പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവുംകൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയ്ക്കു പുറമെ ` 50 കൂടുതൽ അടയ്ക്കേ ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്കുകൾ, ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഫോറം വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ വി.പി.പി. വഴി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്. ii No. 6/2014-15 Date and time of sale of tender form—26-8-2014 to 25-9-2014, 10.30 a.m. to 2 p.m. No. C1/3396/2014. 21st August 2014.

Last date and time of receipt of tender—

Sealed tenders are invited for the Execution of AMC 27-9-2014, 2 p.m.

for 4 lifts to Ayurveda College Hospital, Tripunithura.

Date and time for opening of tender—27-9-2014,

3 p.m.

Date upto which the rates are to be firm—

The tenders should be superscribed tender for the execution of AMC for 4 lifts and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.

Intending tenderers may on application to The Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forms by cash. The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Tender form will not be sent by V.P.P.
