Name of Work and — Construction of Office Building, Estimate Amount Sales Counter and Quarters at Demonstration centre in Chalode, Kannur—` 38,00,000.

Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) — ` 50,000.

Tender Submission Fee— ` 5,700 + 300.

Period of Completion—18 Months.

Online tenders/bids are to be accompanied with a preliminary agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth ` 100. Tenders/bids received online without the preliminary agreement will not be considered and shall be summarily rejected. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളും മറ്റുവിവരങ്ങളും താഴെ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്റെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 23-10-2014 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില രൊക്കം പണമായി അടച്ച് രേഖാമൂലം ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ അംഗീകൃത കരാറുകാർക്കു മാത്രം ലഭിക്കുന്നതും അവ അന്യോന്യം കൈമാറുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതുമാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. അംഗീകൃത ബാങ്കിൽ നിന്നും കോഴിക്കോട് കൃഷി എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ പേരിൽ അടച്ച നി›ിത തുകയുടെ ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ ≠താണ്. ഈ പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ` 100-ന്റെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി വയ്ക്കേ≠ താണ്. ദർഘാസുകളെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ സർക്കാർ നിബന്ധനകളും നിയമങ്ങളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ്.
