Whereas, Defence Service-Gref has deposited with this Court a sum of ` 6,90,080 (Rupees Six lakh Ninety Thousand and Eighty only) as Compensation to be distributed to the dependents of the deceased Sri Sasanghan, N., who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Gref and whereas it is reported that are his only dependents as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act. 1. Bindu (Wife), Bindu Bhavanam, Kanjirakod, Kundara.

2. Sanjana (Minor Daughter), Bindu Bhavanam, Kanjirakod, Kundara.

Any others who claim to be the dependents of the deceased should within 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette prefer their claim in writing before me and prove the same. If no such claims are received within the prescribed time the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the persons mentioned above. Claims preferred thereafter will not be considered.

ഗ്രഫ്-ഡിഫൻസ് സർവ്വീസിന്റെ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമു≠ായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ. എൻ. ശശാങ്കന്റെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് എംπോയീസ് കോമ്പൻസേഷൻ നൽകുന്ന തിനായി ` 6,90,080 (ആറുലക്ഷത്തി തൊണ്ണൂറായിരത്തി എൺപതു രൂപ മാത്രം) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

അന്വേഷണം നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാന്റെ ആശ്രിതരായി താഴെ പറയുന്നവർ മാത്രമേയുള്ളുവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

B. Anil Kumar, who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Electrical Section, Kayamkulam (West) KSEB and whereas it is reported that is his only dependent as defined under Section 2 (1) (d) of the Employee's Compensation Act.
